BEATUS BIOPHARMACEUTICALS PRESS RELEASE

With the latest announcement from Beatus, brushing your teeth is now a thing of the past. Researchers working in the Beatus BioPharmaceuticals laboratory have engineered microbes to live on the human tooth and destroy harmful bacteria. The main cause for tooth decay and cavities are strands of malicious bacteria that live on the teeth and eat sugars from the human diet. It converts these sugars into the waste product lactic acid, which slowly burns and erodes the layers of the tooth, leading to a variety of maladies that affect people today.

Researchers led by Dr. Jeffrey Hillman took one of these bacterial strands and genetically modified them by removing the DNA segment that codes for the production of lactic acid. Effectively eliminating the harmful effect of mouth-dwelling bacteria, Dr. Hillman and his team then inserted code to direct the bacteria to target and destroy other strands of microbes living on the teeth.

After years of animal testing this announcement is being hailed as a revolutionary change to oral care in the medical world. After being born, babies would simply need to have their teeth swabbed with the helpful bacteria. The bacteria would then ensure the teeth remain disease-free for the rest of their life, eliminating the need for tooth cleansing products.

Beatus BioPharmaceuticals is currently finishing a human study to confirm the effectiveness of this new biodrug. The company is in talks with hospitals areound the country to sell and distribute the product, and it is actively seeking business from countries outside of the Free Association. Many health experts confirm that if the effectiveness of Beatus' claim is validated, the amount of cavities and other tooth decay and disease would likely plummet around the world. It appears that it is only a matter of time before cavities become a thing of the past.

You are more than welcome to open facilities in the Free Association and we look forward to your continued growth and prosperity. Does Tricell International Pharmaceuticals wish to be traded on the FASX, and if so, what unused ticker symbol would you prefer?

Your request has been approved and we look forward to these corporations opening branches in the Free Association. I think you'll find that with our minimal regulation and guidance your innovation and success will be unhindered.
MoG[Corp] would like to be traded on the FASX, we look forward to trading internationally for the first time in a long while.
OOC: I'm replying to this quote as well as your other post here, if that's ok.

With construction beginning for MoG[Corp]'s first store in the Free Association, investors are already lining up to get a piece of what they believe will be a huge hit in the nation. Many citizens have already expressed a desire to shop in the supercomplex being constructed in the economic center of the country and largest city, Las Palmas. A small but vocal group of younger citizens have expressed their desire to try out 'soma,' which is being marketed as a wonder product.

OOC: For my stock exchange, I'll be updating the values every so often for all trading stocks, even those based in other countries. You are in no way bound to accept these values and can do what you please, however for the purposes of RP flavor I will be updating.

Heineken International, one of the large Germanic Union beer companies, has decided to join in and participate. They will be known as HEIA, and have sent Cees van Lede to install an office in the area in order to better support the company's efforts.

As of lately, a decision has been made to improve the quality of the drinks, especially in the foreign market section. Normally, beer production abroad had worked in a sort of "formula leasing" or franchise-like manner, which ultimately led to varying qualities of beer. Firstly the improved batches will begin to be sent out on Europe and the Germanic Union and almost immediately many officers will be sent to the different factories in the world to ensure that quality is set to higher standards. It is estimated that the process will take less than a year.
