KaiserMelech Mikhail Posted March 19, 2011 Report Posted March 19, 2011 The end of Winter is always something to celebrate. Warmer temperatures, the return of plants, and the ability to relax outside are all things to be celebrated. That is why Marscurian Siberia is kicking off its first-annual Spring Festival. Filled with loads of outdoor activities, this festival will kick off spring correctly. The festivities will start Thursday, March 24th, when the temperatures are predicted to head above freezing. There will be loads of activities for people with all interests. Some of the main activities will be a large music festival, a cross-country rally race presided over by Princess Katerina, an Amur ice-smashing contest (a cash prize to the person who can span the river), a trade fair to show off nifty gizmos and gadgets, an arts fair, and of course all the food stalls and carnival games you could ever dream of. Of course, revelry is not just for Marscurians. International citizens are invited to participate in any of these events. All groups participating need to do is sign up for the programs they want to participate in. We look forward to ringing in the Spring with everyone! Quote
