By this same rationale, shouldn't infrastructure also decay over time? Surely old buildings and roads crumble and need repair. This is overall a decent suggestion, but it fails the KISS criterion for the game. It's good to see that people are thinking about this type of thing though.

Don't ask for money, do tech deals. If you get 3mil for 100 tech, you'll be making huge bank right off the bat. Just look around these forums. There are plenty of people willing to buy.
