1. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
 2.
Can't help it but to point out this <snip>
Yeah, no, communication was not the problem. Sad this happened Legion.
 3.
Like a wet llama! Congrats to the council. May your dreams reek of Bobian politics and epic dramas, that your waking hours be free of shens. o7 Also, hands of the CE reserve rum or there will be a coup.
o/ to our new gov. Also, the wine stocks are mine. Don't make me come after you.
 4. Of course, now because we've announced we've passed 4 mil NS for the whatever number time, we'll promptly fall below for whatever reasons once again. Anyways! o/ NATO!
 5.
Ah, bugger...the title had me thinking this was a disbandment notice.
D'awww you're soooo cute when you're trying to be... well, you. Anyways, congrats to our new Gov, we're in good hands!
 6.
So you are saying 11/12 alliances in your coalition effectively surrendered to Sparta and MHA, DF, and AO? Ok, noted. And 1 alliance in your coalition surrendered to a FARK blitz, DF, AO and Sparta. Dually noted.
My compatriot was responding to the idea that Fark's blitz had severely diminished our side's will to fight, when in fact, it was focused on our alliance, and we were more than willing to keep going. However, assessing the damage that was being done to our allies, we agreed that peace was the best course of action given that our ability to support our Blood Brothers and AZTEC would be further diminished by Fark's entrance in the war. While the 2 Spartans I fought fared averagely (imo), Sparta has lost 4 million NS since the start of the war, two weeks ago. The fact is, your hides got saved by the sheer weight of MHA and Fark, and even MHA hasn't fared too well at all. We did our part admirably and relieved pressure on NV, who will continue to pound away at WF, of this I have no doubt. Now it's our time to pull back, and wait in the wings, desperately hoping one of our allies gets hit so we can relieve some of our pent-up aggression. So go ahead Sparta, re-engage someone, I'm sure it'll work out well for you guys. Also, Carpe Diem, I can understand your frustration, but do please keep things civil here. Everyone else directly named in this declaration has, why don't you as well?
 7.
Yeah, we tried to unhook NATO from the inner-sanctum of Pacifica's teat but you would not come. It would have been nice if you listened to us instead of NPO, but you made your choice. You had your secret meetings with the rest of Q and all of the other childish nonsense that turned everyone who left away from you. And when we were leaving, when we warned you not to join the war TPF and NPO were rushing into, you simply resigned yourself to your fate. It would have been nice if you showed humility afterwards, come to MHA and admit they hey, you should have listened to us. It would have been nice if you made some real attempts to rectify our relations, if you had made some kind of effort to join in with Aqua instead of running away to Blue to die of stagnation and irrelevancy. One of the fun times I remember is when NATO and MHA competed to be the biggest on Aqua, you were ahead of us at one point. Look at you now. Coming into our declaration to lament the fact that your alliance made the wrong choice, listened to the wrong people, and somehow blame it on us. Cheers to the MHA-NATO of the past. For it truly has passed.
We stood by our allies in Karma. You did not. You ran away to save your own hides. Yes, we could have chosen to flee NPO and save our skins, but we decided that we would honor our commitments to our allies, in spite of the hardship it would bring us. We stood for something, the majority of Bob may not agree with what we stood for, but dammit we stood by the friends that we had made and could trust. That is what we resigned ourselves to, the bonds we had made to our allies. We became the pariah of Aqua for this stance. Because we didn't agree with MK and Athens, we were snubbed. When we tried to restart relations with you, we received notice of cancellation of our treaty. We moved to Blue because we had friends there, people who were willing to fight and die alongside us for the sake of the common bond we had forged. Something you had not shown towards us, nor had most on Aqua for fear of upsetting MK or Athens. I don't blame you for the position NATO is in right now. Far from it. We chose to stand by our allies and fight for what we believed was right. Along the way, you drifted into the infra-hugging suck-ups you've become. You've become bloated. So what if you're the biggest alliance around? What do you stand for? Please, explain exactly what it is that makes you worthy of any respect. I know why I respect NATO's allies, why should I respect you at all?
 8. Woulda been nice if you'd had NATO's back in Karma MHA, but that would've meant you'd lose infra. And to think, I was once one of your biggest supporters in NATO. I shouldn't be surprised at this point, but somehow you manage to find new lows to sink to in your quest to be lapdogs. Have fun, here's to the times we shared together. May we never repeat the mistake of trusting you again.
 9. Here come the drums: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNV2EEz_DUA And I looked down on the world, and Sparta was no more.
 10. Heh, you guys.... You just don't know when to let go, do you?
 11. This makes me sad. Now who will I start plugging for the latest happenings in CN? Sad to see you go man, we've had our differences in the past, but I'll always consider you a friend.
 12.
Also, you okay there, NATO?
I'll refer you to this thread here: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=95787 Yet another splinter alliance. Eh, we've gone through this so many times before, we'll survive this one.
 13.
Looks like somebody's afraid we take the suggestion that we roll the WAE seriously. Don't worry, Archon won't let us do anything anywhere near that fun.
Considering the only thing the One True Drake cares about at this point is his casualty count, um. No. Incorrect to the greatest degree. But go ahead and think that, you'll be wrong, but that hasn't stopped people here before, and won't stop them in the future.
 14.
Didn't NATO run to peace mode in fear of CIS declaring war?
Crud, we've been found out! Quick, get the neuralizers!
 15. You know, somehow this is gonna be our fault. Right? Am I right? \m/ I applaud you either way you go/went with this, be either the hammer of our righteousness or, I dunno, what would you be if you did nothing? ^not official NATO gov position. edit: for self-clarity
