Let me make this clear. I can collect taxes to renew my activity I just can't collect any money. I lost a trade and wasn't able to pay my taxes SO i deleted some stuff so I could. That didn't work and I lost 3K NS now. It say I have a bill avoidance fee and it's 100% so If I im trying to collect 50 dolllars my bill is 50 dollars. I was wondering if that was a bug cause Im now 18 million dollars in debt for the past 2 months

Are the negative events a bug? there destroying my nation and the nations of my alliance
