Anti-BIBO War 1/16/2013 3/27/2013 70 days Competence v.s. Equilibrium Loss At least someone had the sense to humor me in titling it the Anti-BIBO war. But actually I didn't know alliances edited their own wikis. I just assumed some wiki overlord did it.

I'm in, though BF isn't the best 1v1 map. I'm assuming normal speed, 200 pop. Is this HD or FE? Are there set civs, pick, random, or mirror?

As a side note, I feel like recent black team proposals had votes (e.g. 2 - 0) and many comments, and then after the voting cycle the votes were reset to 0 - 0, but comments were retained. But on this I am not absolutely certain.

I do miss UE's graphs. Thanks for adding that saxasm.

If Alliance's had truthful slogans/mottos, what would they be?

I will reply to this thread with my witty and insightful answer once it is posted as a thread in the OWF, instead. -
Not sure if this is on purpose or not, but when someone has not been a senator for at least a term and then returns to the senate, their previous voting record is deleted (at least from the main senate elections results page). Just pointing it out if that was unintended.

With regards to ODN's voting percentage. And here I thought our 70+% turnout in the last foregone conclusion Presidential Election in Umbrella had a low turnout.

I am sure the relevant diplomats will be speaking to NEW momentarily, seeing as Trotsky must not have appraised them of the full situation. This AA is owned by The International, and The International and all she stands for is under Umbrella's protection. This is nothing but a pure antagonistic move. Trotsky recently tried to take control of The International AA and deleted important posts, polls, and votes to serve his own ends. Any actions undertaken by him are no simple misunderstanding, and they will not be treated as such. -
Looks good, but I was hoping for an OsRavan/Azaghul ticket, personally.

Top 5 alliances with biggest Political impact on Digiterra all time.
JoshuaR replied to Hime Themis's topic in Open World RP
1. NPO - Most wars have been focused or started by the central protagonist/antagonist of CN. 2. MK - Added an entirely new culture, acted as the central antagonist (well, the only successful one) to Pacifica, and was the first of the super-active alliances that could wield that activity as a political, OWF, or military tool. Only Umbrella has ever come close in that department, but we only used it for the latter aspect, really. 3. NpO - If not Pacifica, there was Sponge. And when he was gone and during the wars where Pacifica rested or hid, then the war was almost certainly going to be about Polaris. 4. DBDC - The game is changed, and DBDC is the reason why. -
Can someone have 7 active aid slots?

I feel like the black senators voted this down the first time they saw it, but thankfully we passed it the last two times. -
Come now, I feel like we Should take credit for that one.

Good Lord, God rest ye, and a sincere congratulations to the Lord. -
Congratulations on a great run. Always respected you, and you've brought Polar a long way from where you inherited it.

JoshuaR replied to scolar visari's topic in World Affairs (IC)
I don't care what the world does, but if anyone infringes upon my 9/300 or 6/200, or in any way attempts to deplete my seller options, it most certainly would mean war. -
Well it matches what I chose, so I guess I'm not entirely stupid. Cool tool, thanks.

It's cheating to drop and re-take that score. Need to track number of times leading greatest loss as well to correlate.

Congrats. I don't even remember what I did last week.

Sort the python scrape by number of times nominated and you don't need a poll or anything else, and the work is done.

Good luck. Congrats to ODN. AB are great folks.
