I usually have my defcon level at 3, which is really the worst possible now that I think about it. So this gives reason for me to continue my horrible strategy.

But what if I sold the raided land and tech, and put it into infrastructure?

I was curious if there was any known strategy to make war profitable, other than with just tech raiding, or any alliance that may specialize in this.
