It''s still quite a lot to be able to send but it does mean the rest of us can strip our nations of resource to send upwards for a few people to catch up. What is there stopping people re-rolling a nation mid-round to get 2000 infra and a FAC to send the rest of their start up cash to the fighter of their choice?

On one hand; I understand why people don't bother on the OWF (more and more each day) because it's not exactly a fertile ground for people to get creative with. On the other hand; I also don't get why people don't at least try. PGS had a protectorate with MU, MU would've gladly fought back for PGS if they got hit either way so this clarifies that. Imagine the insufferable "MU had no right to enter it was just a protectorate" attempts at spin, ugh.
Protectorates are for the sick ailing terminal AAs with 1-2 stalwart members (exceptions may apply)

I do envy you sometimes but you are wrong about neutrality not being better at providing action. You are a True Neutral, whereas if you were Chaotic Neutral? GPA might deal with a rogue entity, might assist it- no allegiances or strong feelings either way regardless of if either choice was suicidal.

I've done plenty all by "myself" I've fought FAN with 3 guys, also NG, WAPA, just to name a few.
I didn't accept ghost until UCR and Red Alert did, I was fine to take them on all by ourselves. The ghosts they accepted were basically the only nations worth fighting anyway....so I cant image if they didn't.

You don't have to tell me how much it sucks leading a large alliance; the tedium of following the lines of the web according to the wishes of the allies of your allies, while your rivals are doing the exact same thing with both parties waiting for the other to make the first move because everyone is too scared to do it themselves in case it backfires. It's no wonder nothing really happens and I can understand why you chose to break away from it all. Also yeah, I am making fun of it for what the bloc tried to do back then while you were one of the leaders, I don't pull any punches against people just because they're my allies. It was a boneheaded move that you failed to pull off, which is why we had peace after only 2 weeks of fighting and launched a counter-offensive against CLAWS for a round without repercussions from you.
Back to your war with UCR/Red Alert; when the ghosts didn't quite cut it to ensure you would win? Mongols were more than happy to help and when we neutralised them as a threat, you eventually you had Non Grata at your side directly hitting UCR. You simply couldn't do it alone.
It's funny that you think they didn't (sorry hakai) spank you, given the eventual presence of all those friends you had backing you up when you realised your alliance was incapable of beating your opponent alone in a war that you started.
So yes; roll on March 18th, I look forward to your encore!

You literally lead CLAWS when you posted the DoW launching an attack on NG/COBRA with an entire coalition at your back consisting of RFI and Oculus o deal with two much smaller alliances in Bicycle War. You haven't changed, only your alliance affiliation has.

Yeah better hurry up guys, if you sign treaties with bigger alliances? Bundy has made clear with this post; he probably won't attack you if you do because that'd mean having to fight someone bigger if he did and evidently he's not about taking that kinda risk which might result in a fight with someone much bigger. Which is weird because that'd surely mean more casualties?
I guess he'd rather stick to what he knows is safe and risk free* because he's just a one-trick pony dressed as a wolf.

The OWF is now only to be used for the purpose of measuring dicks using aid-slot percentiles as a metric. Which probably has something to do with how stagnant it is lately, it hardly makes for a dynamic and engaging political discourse when almost every thread has a flock of parrots talking about how big or small their numbers are.

Yeah it was pretty terrifying for me too. Trying to find a target in both Non Grata and CLAWS which wasn't hiding in PM? The horrors of that target-scarce environment haunt me to this day.
Here's hoping for the next global to be less stale, I think we can all agree to that.

I doubt it's a server issue because there's no change to how many slots would be sent or increase to server traffic, just larger integers of money/tech being sent. It's that which I think is the problem admin realised. If you read the Info Index with all the equations that determine all the things about our nations, you might get an idea of how uncapped integers of certain resources being sent in a lump sum to someone might screw with them and they are the governing mechanics of everything about building your nation and everyone elses.
It may also be the case that the root code of the game has a cap itself on the highest possible integer of something someone can have at a given time. If that cap is exceeded the number doesn't keep getting larger, it goes back to zero or a negative number. Can you imagine sending a huge amount of something to find out that you just sent someone negative tech and the implications of that?
You didn't break the game you silly goose; you just revealed to admin something that would've been apparent if removing the aid cap was debugged before implementation, to make sure it didn't effect the core mechanics and equations that determine various elements of the game itself.
Adding the foreign aid mechanic with a larger cap than SE has could also make it either a lot easier to turtle if you could send all your tech away and just get it back later but it could also be a good workaround to deal with people turtling by sending tech to whoever has the nukes to rip the shell off the turtle's back! There are ways around it all if you experiment with this new-fangled irrigation system we have with far greater capacity than the other planet does. Sure there's a cap now but it's still a good chunk of stuff you can fling around where it might be needed for a fight.
Essentially you helped debug a part of the game that you and others asked to be implemented and revealed it couldn't safely be left uncapped, not because what you did caused an immediate issue but it revealed the potential for something which definitely would be. We do still have the ability to send large amounts of aid though and you all wisely co-ordinated the most effective way of utilising that capless aid potential first so I'm unsure why you seem irritated- or why you're ranting at me about OP like I care?
They're just turtles, crack off the shell with a suped up nuke and eat the delicious meats inside! If you thought being able to send aid would help you deal with the turtles then that remains an option, you just can't crank it to 11 because the mathematics behind everything in the game won't allow 11 it'd give you 0 or less.
A for effort on the co-ordination with this. Ideal day to optimise the amount of money and tech you could acquire before the shooting really started.
F for implentation. You seem to have wasted your slots and opportunity experimenting with uncapped aid by simply flinging it back and forth.
