Hell, ODN didn't defend FTW in that NG-FTW conflict.
Not true. They did but it was very limited. There was a lot more they could've done, but didn't for some strange reason. Props for keeping me staggered the whole war, but declaring on me and not nuking me allows me to get out of anarchy and launch 4 more wars. The entire war mostly just placeholders thrown at me. If you're gonna declare war at least do something. Applies to NPO also. An alliance of that size should have been able to throw more people at us, but they're an inactive hulk. It's sad that FTW and Legion bore most of the weight from that war, when they had allies many times the size of them, who just didn't produce. I'm thinking some people might need to rethink their connections, stir it up. Oc did nothing to help RFI except cover staggers.
There's no reason Bob needs to die, but what I've stated above is what is killing it.

I wonder if part of the reason there are not strong villainous alliances right now is because moralist politics are near completely dead. More on that in the next blog post...
I disagree. Moralist politics still exist. It's just that they don't serve a purpose since no one is willing to make moves.
Also, very nice read.

Wow, just saw this... brings back so many memories. The whole Stickmen thing was so much fun. Remember when Amonra went on his rogue mission.. Allied Against Forums. lol.
I'll never forget when Liz lost her !@#$ when we declared on MK. Being President at the time, there was no way I was passing that opportunity up and in hindsight it was the right thing to do.

Was hospitalized myself for 2 weeks last year for the same. It most certainly is real. Whatever you do, if you are on meds, do not go suddenly off them. I made that mistake.

Policy Regarding Tech Received From Multis

Awesome, can't wait to see the next ASR update.

Good job, Rush. Always nice to see some honest insight.
-
awww Rush, no love for us?
-
You should fix the blatantly obvious typo. I'll leave it to you to figure it out.
-
ahahah that was pretty good.
-
That I know of we have never had an OWF posting ban and members can speak up at any time to voice their opinions on anything, in fact they are greatly encouraged too.
Jor tried it once, it lasted not very long.

It seems now that legion defends itself, it seems like someone needs someone new to pick on. Its not like legion needs help anyway.
FWIW, they've never stopped picking on us.
We've been through this a thousand times, but I suppose I'll spell it out for you lot again.
Legion:
They asked us not to come in. They are doing quite fine on their own. This is their shining moment, no reason to go against what they want and enter and screw everything up.
SOS:
First, the treaty is optional. If we come in, it will be detrimental to them by bringing down more hurt on them. I'm hoping if it stays isolated, NG will give them a break sooner.
So, yea, we're acting in the best interests of our allies, sorry, no fun for you.
-
You think if, say, a member of Invicta's government joined SOS to fight NG while Invicta was still claiming them as a member and member of government that people wouldn't raise a big stink over it and view it as Invicta providing military support to SOS?
If that were the case, those who left would resign their position. We've been through that circle a lot before.
-
Not surprising, just surprising that someone agreed to it, if that should be the case.
-
Jesus christ, wickedj, just shut the $%&@ up already.
-
Asked and answered, your honor...
As much as I don't wanna say it, I'll just reword it. You seem mad.
-
Well to be fair Invicta now listens to the smaller Order..the one who is famously known for backstabbing coalitions not the one known for running this place for a few years
That's hilarious considering we don't even really talk to them. I guess you're going to claim that Polar held us back so this wouldn't expand and they get hit. Seriously man, you're deluded.
-
Reminds me of this:
-
I'll just pop in to agree with you about Canada's healthcare system. Socialized healthcare, ftl.
-
Exactly. Invicta will do what NPO tells them to do, and any of you trying to interfere with that sovereignty are just foolish.
You, sir, win the thread.
-
Is the title your pick up line?
LOL. Well done.
-
So, you're allowed to have nations in PM "for a variety of reasons, from strategic to people being away on vacation (or just not being able to be online as much as a protracted war necessitates) and so on.", but NPO is not?
OK.
-
Whoever is really pushing for disbandment need to realize that it is almost impossible to disband an alliance in the first place(not counting VE's hiatus of course). Look at FAN. They had to live for over a year of being pounded by NPO and One Vision. Did they disband? No. Anyone who wants disbandment shouldn't be playing this game. Just leave. You're ruining it for the rest of us.
Good blog
You sound like you don't know who it is?
-
I'll be disappointed if they do go through with it now, for the mere reason that it would satiate Penkala.
-
Then recognize hostilities with them? Otherwise this just seems like a waste of time.
This. I honestly don't understand the shock and awe here. But if it opens a few more eyes, then so be it.
