Well few changes since State of the Eldar #4. Time has passed, beer has been drunk, cookies have been eaten, and NS and Nukes were gained. We have also regained some more government positions are close to finally filling our government fully. For the first time ever we have a Lord of Recruitment with the return of the (hopefully) repentant Emperor Jason and the addition of Krausberg as our Lord of Foreign Affairs. Although we failed to get our 100k NS goal we have done a decent job building up without the addition of any new nations joining. If I remember correctly, MooN didn't really do that much damage, LSR, DT, and BH did. Most of my MooN just laid there. While defneding from three LSR and staying out of anarchy until it got nuclear, still not much was done. This kicking the !@#$ out of us, I didn't see it, at least not by you. But, yes the terms are fair, we turned down the first offer because it was ridiculous, and you did try to get everything you could from it. I also do seem to believe that a SSSW18 nation was hit by MooN before we fired on them.

Looking at from the point I am currently, being the Secretary of Defense for my alliance. I only see the negative advantages that just drastically changed for my men on the front lines. Now the other guys environment can change whether or not he gets rolled over with the drastic change in soldiers he can have. It just doesn't seem to let the game work like it should... On a side note: I lost 4k citizens and 30 or so happiness. Not very happy :angry:

If you do a spy operation on a player that is currently on your AA, but isn't in the alliance, is that still considered spy slot filling? This has troubled me and I do not want to get a warning for something that isn't allowed.

Well, I am not high enough to send aid, but I have received 1.4m since I have started.

Me and my friend play CN at a public library sometimes so we can talk to each other instead of having to send pm's all the time. We tried to trade because we wanted a trade with each other resources, we play on the library network and the game says the trade is deleted because of suspected cheating. I was wondering why it was doing this when it is pretty evident that we are two completely different people. That is all.
