  1. "Rukunu is his boss after all." Ok so you can understand how, when Sir Kindle resigns, RUKUNU, not Sir Kindle, confers with us to select a replacement? And you can understand how when I hear Animalz is leaving LPCN and I ask RUKUNU and he writes back right away and tells me No, but I'm have a problem with Methrage... I think we've determined that the rumor is false? Hmmm makes you think doesn't it?
  2. I have received your quotes. As I read it, Sir Kindle resigned and for some reason thought Sephiroth was now trium. That doesn't mean that he wasn't mistaken or misled in that belief. Also, as Junka alludes to, they had a tentative agreement to go in that direction which Sir Kindle might have been aware of, but which went up in smoke when Seph blew it all up with his 'announcement.' The last message appears to show that Sir Kindle did, at least for a moment, think the Animalz had left the LPCN. Again, he was mistaken and/or deceived. :. Received Message To: Sigrun Vapneir From: Sir Kindle Date: 1/18/2017 2:03:13 PM Subject: War Message: Why is Methrage doing this? There has been no problems with Junka at all, and animalz as a whole, and you a founder all agreed to his current position. What isn't legal about that? Now he says the Triumvir positions are meaningless, and he alone is sovereign and master of the LPC? This is crazy. On top of it one of his alliance mates is attacking us. For no reason at all, other than the fact we wish to honor our agreement with Junka. We didn't betray Methrage he left with out a word. Then he came back demand he take full control of a situation that was running perfectly fine. This isn't right at all. I don't understand why he is lying so much, and listening to Hitchcock. I have permission to post that, I have similar messages from him and others. As I said, I've seen no evidence that Sephiroth has any support in the LPCN, or that anything has happened in LPCN other than Sir Kindle being temporarily confused because he believed someone he trusted, but now realizes was not being truthful.
  3. I have messages in my inbox from both RUKUNU and Sir Kindle at the moment directly contradicting you sir.
  4. How do you figure he was about to get voted out man? How on earth do you figure that? And what relevant person, specifically, did we fail to consult? He didn't stop me from hearing anything. I've read every word you've sent me. I've watched for weeks waiting for your replies and you said very little. Whatever 'he didn't want me to hear' if I didn't hear it it's because you never told me, not because he somehow stopped you from talking to me. "Because they keep me elected?" Oh my sides! Small correction, Animalz would also have needed to agree.
  5. Sir Kindle didn't hand his position to you, first off I've seen zero evidence he actually said that, and even if he did, it simply wasn't within his power, nor was it reasonable for you, someone with years of experience in alliance governments, to even think for a moment that was going to fly. He confirmed only that he wanted to resign the position. With the position vacant, we consulted all the current executive members, those being SnX, Animalz, and CA, and by consensus RUKUNU was selected to replace him. Junkas announcement was the truth. I'm sorry. Junkas position as triumvir is on the same exact basis as stated above for RUKUNUs, he was selected by consensus among the remaining executive members. We had time to do better than that, we had time to arrive at consensus. That means everyone agreed. SnX was free from the moment we announced ourselves to join and did choose to join us once you departed. Lastly, what? Are you seriously contending now that *I* was never a tri either? I'm starting to think you're suffering from some form of brain damage. EDIT: One last thing, so far as Animalz leaving the LPC, I wrote RUKUNU the moment I heard that rumor. He denied it. It's false. They WERE considering it for a few hours, when they had only heard Sephiroth's rants and not from the rest of us, but that's understandable.
  6. We didn't boot you from the triumvirate, you booted yourself when you abandoned this world - and left Animalz in the lurch. They came to me, we declared your seat vacant and went forward. We declared Junka tri long before you re-created. "Clingy?" Can you even hear yourself man? What the heck is 'clingy' about continuing to keep my word just like I always have, hmm? I didn't hand over anything for peace, are you really so dense you don't understand how a tri works? I could easily argue that in fact I WON that war at the negotiating table after you lost it on the battlefield, because what we agreed to left us (CA and Animalz) with a controlling share still. EVEN IF Junka tried to do something scummy (which he has certainly not done, he's been great) we retained the power to shut him down. We lost NOTHING except the horrendous tactical position you had managed to lead Animalz into before abandoning them!
  7. I've been active the entire time JUST NOT ON THIS BOARD! I told you repeatedly not to message me here, do it in game where I am active. And how are you thinking you can claim to be active when YOU are the one going 1-2 weeks between logins at that point? By your own admission.
  8. I was active enough to pick up the pieces after you ducked out. YOU told ME that your war was limited, not related to the other one, that you had it under control and didn't need my help. I told you to keep me up to date and I didn't pay much attention after that, it's true, because I took you at your word. You never told me you were in bill lock. By the time I even heard you were in trouble you had already quit logging in! I encouraged you to come back but also made it clear we would stick with the deal we made which meant emphatically NO HITTING SNX! They're our friends now. Life means adapting to changing circumstances which you are refusing to do right now. Our invincible team was over? Is that what you thought? Why didn't you tell me that then? Hmmm? You did screw up and you knew it and you deleted rather than admit that to me is what it sounds like. But if that's the case then the last thing you should be doing is strutting around here claiming to be our leader again and talking about destroying us in the next breath and ultimately bringing far more attention to your mistake. Everyone makes a mistake sometimes. Let it go. Adapt. You're a living man, not a zombie. Act it. Edit: One last thing. I'm so inactive it's almost impossible to get in touch with me? You queried me on irc one night after I went to bed recently. I've responded to all your PMs quickly. I cannot say the same for you.
  9. 1. You're not fooling anyone. 2. He was treated with no disrespect. I encouraged him to come back, get back up to speed, and fast track back into leadership. He told me he's decided to just delete instead. Then he suddenly proclaims himself back in charge of the organization he left in the lurch, after declining to even rejoin it? There does seem to be disrespect here, but not in the direction you are implying.
  10. He's not been interfering with LPC, not recently anyway. YOU are. You have no support in LPC, zero. You don't appear to have any idea what's going on (Doom Sphere? you're about a year behind there) and LH is using you as a pawn and laughing at both of us. Knock it off.
  11. Only by consent and consensus, of course. There's no contradiction in the notion of a libertarian king, at least no more so than a libertarian democracy. We are what we always were, a free association of nations safeguarding our rights to trade without disruption.
  12. No one is oppressing us. After you deleted we worked out an agreement that gave benefits to all concerned and cost no one anything too dear. They have lived up to their side of the agreement, we'll live up to ours. As I keep trying to tell you, you need to pipe down and get back up to speed before you try to lead again.
  13. An accurate and on topic post from Neo Uruk. This must be an omen.
  14. This is a fake announcement from a disgruntled former member, it should probably be moved.
  15. Yes it really is and I am getting quite sick of this. Anarch is another form of one of the founders but not even Ivan Moldavi gets to recreate and take back ANY of the organizations he founded on a whim. Buddy, you left us all out to dry and when we realized you were gone we had to make decisions. We did, it worked out well, and as I have told you repeatedly while we'd love to have you back you MUST settle down and learn the new situation before you start messing with it. You can't just charge back in and expect everyone to forget the current situation and dial the clock back so you can have a redo on last year. It's simply not happening.
  16. For once my signature has not been forged. Although I would have preferred to stick with our previous usage 'voting member' or 'full member.' Perhaps you might edit that in. As always any nation who believes in freedom to trade is welcome to become an 'associate member' of the LPCN simply by voting for one of our candidates. This is not an alliance membership, it is designed to be compatible with any or none (although of course if your alliance specifically forbids it that would create a conflict.) It is simply a vote for free trade. -S
  17. 1. No. The wheel is perpetually and completely stationary. It is the observer which is in perpetual motion. 2. TANSTAFE.
  18. Congrats, and about time. Skål! *Mandatory English translation, 'a customary toast, "cheers."'
  19. /me facepalms. Buddy I don't know what you think you're doing but 1) What the heck are you thinking doing this without talking to me? 2) Nothing has been posted on the LPCN forum about this. Not by Sir Kindle or you or anyone else. In fact I don't recall you even applying for full membership again after your hiatus. 3) I have to hear about this from other people asking me what's going on and I don't know. Apparently you managed to talk Sir Kindle into resigning but he can't just appoint you to his seat. You'd need to rejoin first, and then be selected by consensus. 4) Again, WTF man?
  20. I had such a witty reply ready but the post from the gentleman above me prevents me from posting it. Anyway, yes, LPCN is still here, detractors feel free to continue pissing and moaning in helpless frustration, your day of glory has not arrived.
  21. Kashmir? Did they un-dis-deband again? Thanks man, good to see someone knows what time it is. That you're talking about another world, and what you said doesn't even make any sense there. Thanks. He's not 'King' of the LPCN. He's a triumvir. With myself and Sir Kindle, two of the founders. He's not in a position to do any real ill here, but he could do a lot of good, and he seems to be genuinely interested in doing just that. What's Hardin interested in, by contrast? The sweet release of bankruptcy?
  22. Our goal from the first was never to mirror some otherworldly agenda but to create one for this world. To understand the importance of preserving the national liberty to trade and aid freely; that, no less and no more, is what Libertarian has always meant in this world and I have no doubt that Junka is finally genuine in his appreciation of the point. Hardin, to his credit in a way, was always quite open about his plans. He wanted a senate seat to cause damage - exactly why I never voted for him or encouraged anyone to vote for him. Sephiroth and I, and Sir Kindle and other people that were involved in LPCN from the start, were always against that and clear we would only use weaponize sanctions in response to a first strike. Which makes Junka more Libertarian than Hardin. Sorry buddy.
  23. Looking for an active trader to replace an inactivity. You must be on the brown team. Willingness to support our senate candidate would be a plus but not required. Being active enough to occasionally re-accept trades is required. Being eligible to change resources would be a plus but is not required - depending on your resources we can probably reconfigure to match you. We maintain an excellent general-purpose circle, with top-tier reductions in bills, in the purchase cost of tech, infra, and military, and in military effectiveness; yet also with significantly better income than the usual military circles. If you are active enough to do collection temps it's designed to make that easy as well. Please message in game if interested, for the most immediate response.
