Wrong forum; this belongs in the "Question Center" subforum- therefore, iMove. To answer your question, go into your control panel, click on "Board Settings" in your sidebar, and you can change your timezone there.

TheDave speaks correctly. Nations that have EVER been logged on to from the same network can never interact with each other. Doing so will flag your nations for cheating and likely result in both nations being deleted.
