Fullmetal, registration is closed right now because there is a Great War currently. Once it dies down, reg should open up again. As for public computers...I wouldn't recommend it. But if you must, you should, once you can, create a nation and then PM a moderator asking for an I.P. check to see if you are sharing the I.P. with another nation. If you are, then sorry, you are out of luck. Try another computer, maybe? You are truly out of luck if all the computers are using the same I.P. to connect to the internet. This is Great War IV, and it is dying down now.

There is nothing substantial in Yellow anymore, except what minor alliances that will strive to make it great again.

It just kills the amount of money you get everyday. Not sure the exact numbers. The big obstacle during anarchy is that your upkeep does not change, but your income decreases greatly. Gotta try to keep your neck above the water and not enter into bill lock where bills>income and you have no reserve money. Then you can't pay bills, so then now you're restricted from sending aid, declaring war, and making purchases. Now you're crippled unless someone sends you aid to pay your bills.

i don't know if you know this link or not: No calculators. I'm not one of the math whizzes. I don't know how they remember all the numbers.

Admin specifically also turned off re-creation of a nation, also, for this war. So you can't register an account. You can't delete and then create a new nation, either. (And it's mean to just say "Wrong, ...")

actually, I don't think happiness points change at all. It's always $2/point. Improvements such as a stadium would add +3 points ($6) to the overall stack of happiness points. The core worth of a happiness point doesn't change. Also, I confirmed with our Event Guide. It's option 1, as originally stated.
