That makes sense... any higher and I'm just decreasing the effectiveness of possible raids.

I have searched for over a half hour and I haven't found one solid answer to any of the following things I want to know. -What is the optimum fighter to bomber ratio? (assuming you have 85 possible aircraft) -What is the optimum soldier to citizen ratio during regular peacetime? -What is the optimum tank to citizen or tank to soldier ratio during regular peacetime? Can anyone help me out?

If I read the carrier information correctly, you can purchase +5 aircraft for each carrier. I have 3 carriers, so I should be able to purchase 15. I can only purchase 5. Money is not an issue here.
