    ISP Proxy

    Hi there, There is this rule no multi account from same network/ip Since my ISP uses the same proxy for web browsing, so our IP will be the same unless there is coding to request user ip. So, are we gonna be banned? Also, some of my friends using the same ISP is unable to register an account. Is it due to the same proxy?
