How do other members of SF feel about the impeccable timing of Gibsonator's retirement (war on the horizon), taking into account that he was a major part of this CSN .gov that for the last few months has basically done nothing but scream "we need to get our ass kicked"?
Well I think the person that will replace him, will be suited for the job. -

Hello there, new government of CSN. What are your feelings about reparations?
I'm against reparations and will allways vote against them.
Terms on the other hand are a possibility in some cases. -

I believe the problem is the numbers you state as the numbers prior to selecting an option are not the numbers prior to receiving the event. This means that those numbers were already impacted by the No Response value the moment you received the event which appears to have been +1 happiness. When you did select an option, you would have experienced the loss of the No Response value. This would explain the lost happiness if the No Response value was +1 happiness.
As to there only being a slight difference in income that's a function of value of pop modifiers to happiness at your level. At your income level, one percent increase to citizens is equal to one happiness point. That means as a rule of thumb your option was the equivalent of 1.5 happiness points. Since the No Response was already giving you a +1, you only gained the difference, half a happiness point worth of additional income.

This is the correct answer -

Random number generators aren't random, they're pseudo-random. It's not so much a bug as the limitations of what computers can do.

read the original topic next time
My collection of data shows that it blocks 50.4% of the attacks, allthough its not as huge as other collections people have shown, its ANOTHER proof of a faulty system. -

I suggest you invent it in tech, land and casualties to create a decent nation.

Ok, everybody using the "penkala" argument is a retard. (penkala argument being that if you have low casualties they count harder than high casualties cause you got more NS to get them)
Second of all, if your nationbuidling sucks so bad that you've NEVER reaced over 8k infra, there is no reason for that (only a few exceptions being alliance leaders who are nukerogued every 4 days)
Third of all, declare on me, idiot stole my nr 1 casualty spot. -

The cap on maximum land has been removed.

You sir, are awesome... -
Thats because I have a -10% land event, normally it will say that

I sent 67 level 9 planes in an escorted bombing run once, my enemy had 2 fighters defending.
He won. It' not just that I failed to do damage, he literally won. I lost two bombers and 10 fighters, he only lost 1 fighter.
This could be due to techdifference. -

If there is a maximum land, is there also a maximum tech and a maximum infrastructure level?
This guy has been at exactly 30k infra for awhile now. He's not forum active I think, but I wonder if he can't actually buy any more?
Well, if you reach 50k land it will say (maximum land) so I dont think he's on maximum infra yet. -
WHAT IS THIS I DONT EVEN!?

No. It's possible to simply miss the target.

Like with cm's? or nukes? -
There's probably some formula that doesn't play nice if it goes over the cap.
Why is there a cap anyways, its nowhere displayed that there is a maximum of land.
