    This sounds like a prisoners dilemma. Most people would be best off ignoring him, ie cooperating for the minimal sentence, but some don't and sell out the others. So everyone else has to not ignore him too or suffer a worse sentence.

    This one confuses me greatly. Can you explain how a picture of the Battle of Bunker hill relates? Are you saying Polaris represents the entrenched Americans (that the British will eventually overtake and win the day against)? Are you saying to not be an officer leading from the front? That officers (alliance leaders) should lead from behind? Or are you trying to say that NPO is the British Empire and oppressing the world and no one should want to affiliate themselves with them? Perhaps this means that NPO is leading the charge, and no one should be them? But I don't understand any of the text if so. Can you please clarify thanks.

    Ah, I bet that's what it is. When I was looking at this, I never thought to check that calculation to figure out where the 0.0627 came from..

    I literally reset it this morning when moving my stuff for Feb after realizing it was only about 4.5% prior.

    My moon colony is currently providing me 6.29% citizen boost. I have 230,175 total citizens, and after relocating my moon colony it has 13,622 citizens. This results in a percentage increase of 13,622 / (230,175 - 13,622) = 0.0629. I'm not complaining but I'm curious how it is actually calculated.
