ok my friend said he would delete his nation so i can still play if he deletes his nation?

i have my wireless network set up and if my neighbor uses it will we both get banned what will happen [ doesnt have one at his house ] my friend has been doing this for awhile we never had any problems if this is a problem he said he will delete his nation as he rrly doesnt play that much any more only time to time if you want both of us to restart and not go on my wireless network just to solve the problem all together i just dont want to be told i am multi-ing when me and my friend play the game fairly edit: will provide names of nations if needed

say if i have a trade that involves lets say fish iron and fish spice do i get the +8% boost to my population twice, so say do i get +16% population bonus? and yes i do have that trade combo only just for a bit to help new member get fast food
