Charter of Dawn of Time (D.O.T.) Preamble The members of The Dawn of Time are here to strive to be the best that we can be and will be! We are here to usher in something new in CN. We are a growing alliance in CN and we are a black team alliance. Our charter will be improved upon as we grow into a bigger alliance in CN. Article One Administrative Purpose Section 1.1 Admission Policies a. Every member of CN is allowed to join D.O.T. However, the member nation who wants to join D.O.T must not be involved in any D.O.T during the moment of application. b. Every member in D.O.T is allowed to only have one CN account in CN. We are players that abide by the rules of CN. c. Every member who becomes a member of D.O.T must not join another alliance outside of D.O.T. Section 1.2 Leaving Policies a. Every member of D.O.T is allowed to leave D.O.T, provided they post a resignation notification in the forum of D.O.T and pm a leader about it. If you join D.O.T and you receive a 500K to 1 Million start-up aid from us, you must give back to us 200K to 500k. If you were to leave within a month No penalty will be imposed if a member leaves D.O.T after one month. Section 1.3 Expulsion Policies a. D.O.T reserves all rights to expel any member at all times. Article Two Government Structure Section 2.1 Hierarchy Orders in D.O.T a. Monarch He is the head of the alliance and will have the final say in every thing before stepping down he/she must pick someone to replace him/her. B Vice-Monarch He is the second in commander and helps out with the Monarch if the Vice-Monarch is to leave or temporary unavailable he to pass is command to someone else temporarily Both Monarchs work with SC and IC and has command over the entire alliance including senators. c. Superior Council Superior Council is composed of four compartments; Minister of War, Minister of Internal Affair, Minister of Foreign Affair and Minister of Recruitments. Each of them will have their own office and two officials underneath them. SC works with the monarch and the IC and has power over Senators, IC and Dawn Members. d. Imperial Council Superior Council is composed of four compartments; Minister of War, Minister of Internal Affair, Minister of Foreign Affair and Minister of Recruitments. Each of them will have their own office and two officials underneath them. SC works with the monarch and the IC and has power over Dawn Members. e. Senators The senate is given during a merge into the alliance where he or she helps contribute to the alliance by working with the monarchs and the Superior Council. He has power over the imperial council and dawn members but must ask permission from the monarch or superior council that may affect the alliance. Section 2.2 Election Policies Elections will be held every 2 months. The Senate will be voted in by the members. Article Three Foreign Diplomacy Section 3.1 Military Policies a. We will not tolerate D.O.T’s on our allies and those whom we sign treaties. We will come to the aid of our allies during a D.O.T, if we have a treaty with them. b. We are a reasonable alliance. We do not attack other alliances unless they do something terrible to us. c. We may be reasonable, but we will defend ourselves if other alliances shall choose to attack us, whether with a valid reason or not. Section 3.2 Financial Policies a. We will financially aid our allies if they get engaged into a D.O.T. b. We will reserve the right not to aid our allies if we discover that they are involved in breaking the laws, whether in real life, or in CN. We will not aid allies that conduct OOC (Out of Character) attacks on people. Section 3.3 Tech-raiding Policies a. We may be a small alliance but we do not tolerate tech raiding on any of our member nations. Our members are protected by us even if they are at day 19 of inactivity in CN. b. We do not condone our members to tech-raid any nation of an alliance. Members of D.O.T are not allowed to tech-raid any nation of another alliance, even if the nation is at day 20 of inactivity. We will expel all members who do not obey this rule, and allows the alliance in question who this member attacks to do whatever it deems fit as punishment for the member that tech-raid on their inactive member. Section 3.4 Spy Policies a. D.O.T will consider it as an act of D.O.T for other alliance to spy on D.O.T. b. Spying can involve in-game spying using the spy operations in CN. c. Spying also constitutes a member of another alliance sending someone to infiltrate into D.O.T as a member for the purpose of gathering information. d. D.O.T condemns the act of spying and will never send out any of its member as spies to other alliances. Member of D.O.T who chooses to spy on other alliances will be expelled by D.O.T. Article Four-- Code Of Conduct Section 4.1 Respect for other players Members of D.O.T are expected to respect people regardless of what racial, religious or countries they come from. Section 4.2 Proper conduct at main CN forum Members of D.O.T are expected to behave in a proper manner in the main CN forum, especially in the Open World Forum of the main CN forum. Members are to treat friends and foes alike with respect and refrain from name-calling in CN forum. Section 4.3 Outside of CN Members of D.O.T must recognize that CN is only a game. Therefore, members are not allowed to bring any grudges or rivalries in the game to any place outside of the game/CN. We do not condone out of character (OOC) attacks or hackings, or any form of real life attacks from our members. Members in D.O.T who conduct OOC attacks on other members in CN, regardless of friends or foes, will be dealt with, harshly. Article Five Modification of Charter Section 5.1 Modification Policies a. The charter of D.O.T is subjected to change. b. Members of D.O.T who have any ideas to improve on the charter are free to PM any of their leaders with suggestions. c. Changes to the charter will be posted in the main CN forum to keep the general public of CN updated. Signed Monarch-Newdawn

atleast change the tech cap, if you think about last time a nation below 3000 can have a small aircraft to defend them with this new tech rule there is no way small nation can defend in war time but get literally zied by bigger nation. How is that fair for small nations
