I know the some of you who saw this once are thinking, "What the hell? I thought he did this once." If you care, I did, but school caught up to me and The Huang Dynasty stagnated. And then, following an attack by a nuclear-armed rogue named kwinin, the Huang Dynasty collapsed, and the two members present left. Now, after some time helping out my old comrades in the German Empire, I leave again to create THD once more. Everything is ready this time, unlike the first, and through planning we will grow. We are protected by TOOL. I formally apologise to TPF, seeing as to how our protectorate agreement did not work out since THD quietly ceased to exist.

A new alliance, the Huang Dynasty, was just formed yesterday, and perhaps you would like to join us. Right now, we have two starting members, myself [40k NS] and one of my buddies [Aissuria, who will change his AA later due to some work], and we would be happy to receive you. We don't have a forum yet [i'm still working on it], but we do have an IRC channel at #thd. We're protected by TPF.

I thank you all for your good wishes for a budding new alliance, and will post the Constitution and finish the forums soon. In the meantime, an IRC channel! Visit us at #thd at coldfront.
