1.
This was the coalition you decided to back, man
We are not in a coalition. NPO was attacked without cause, we are defending NPO. I mean FAN gave a reason "war is fun" for why they hit our allies. I'm just looking for some reasoning here. Sure "bloc war", but if they didn't declare as a bloc?
 2.
Sir, the NPO train is back....
No, at least NPO would give a reason. Read all the DoW's on MHA, not a single reason given, half a paragraph combined. I'm no fan of MHA, but come on.
 3. What was the reasoning for the attack? Have we really degraded to lord of the flies now or was there even a reasoning given for this war?
 4.
Yes, MCXA is allied to TPF. I fail to see why that should bar MCXA from attacking NEW. I don't think anyone should ever attack an ally of an ally, but this was not the case here. If you are referring to the fact that they picked a side, well, not everyone's RIA. I do think if someone isn't willing to defend all their allies they should stay out, but I don't think it's horrible travesty to go where the help is most needed. It's not like MCXA is picking a weak opponent or looking for an easy time out of this.
It might be a reference to the fact that TPF and NEW were in the past very close regardless of treaty. I don't think anyone is upset here, certainly NEW are going to have fun, and MCXA feels they are doing what they must. We're battling it out with FAN in a kind of separate war. Have fun everyone.
 5.

I really hope this is the extent of everything posted, it reminds me of my Legion days back in GWIII.... "Attack FAN and TOP!!! Ave Legio!"
 6.
Who are you? Do you know me? How dare you attack my real life character? You are obviously an ignorant child and I hope a moderator looks at this. Keep out of my personal life child!
Let me take a moment to say what I did to your colleague.
There is no joy in fighting you guys again. However I can think of no finer opponent to cross swords with.
With that I hope all on our side remember to keep it clean and fun, even if we do have to put them back in their teoalawki bunker.
 7.
No love for Farung, or Walford. Here's a little hint - Walford was the driving force behind pro / anti-raiding ideology-sparked events from the beginning of the game, through the internal conflicts that broke up the Initiative, and which ultimately resulted in VietFAN. Think about how different history would be right now if NPO and FAN were still somehow on the same side - or at least not mortal enemies. I would chalk up Walford as more influential than even Ivan, in many ways.
Your war on NPO's protectorate might have been a more direct result of vietFAN...
 8.
Much like the stink on a pair of socks left under the bed too long, or an unpopular character in a bad soap opera who happens to also be the show's producer... mhawk, The Big Bad, and the rest of the TPF circus keep coming back after people earlier really celebrated their departure. Oh well.
There is no joy in fighting you guys again. However I can think of no finer opponent to cross swords with.
 9.
Yeah... only you said "No" to the ones on the other side.
You are mistaken.
 10.
You're right, TPF-FAN is in a vacuum unrelated to everything else happening.
TPF-FAN is in relation to them attacking our ally NPO. However I've yet to see a link between FAN and Polar. As far as we're concerned it is a separate war. We have allies on both sides of the Polar War, the same is not so on the NPO- FAN war.
 11.
Yeah, but look at how much NS all you sissies had to pile up before you found the balls to take on one alliance and its tiny circle of friends. You'd think BLEU and One Vision were still standing behind Polaris.
You realize we are attacking FAN, whom initiated the war with NPO. I'm not sure how that is ganging up on anyone.
 12.
The black sock never fails...
A 3 hour deal.
 13.
Congrats on being on the correct side of a war, this must be an exciting moment for you guys. :3
War isn't over yet, nor are all our allies on the same side.
 14. The Phoenix Federation Declaration of War Once again our allies in the New Pacific Order have been attacked by mall ninjas. The Phoenix Federation hereby declares war on the Federation of Armed Nations.
 15.
I think you mean years ago.
It's all happened before and will happen again... Also this is very nice to see. Que sera, sera!
 16. Hopefully we've reached the end of mindless violence executed by doomhouse. May we never again earn more of these medals.
 17. TOOL was a great friend and ally to TPF. It is an honor and tradition we will remember every day. o/ TOOL
 18.
I see no irony in what he said. He said that he believes they have the right to use it. Logic dictates that they have the right to ignore it as well, depending on their beliefs and how they feel about the situation. When it comes down to it, sovereign alliances have the right to do as they please and while some may wish to stay out of conflicts, others may wish to partake. If you(meaning anyone) hold a treaty with an alliance that chooses to invoke the non-chaining clause, provides a reason that they feel is in line with their membership, and you have a problem with this...drop the treaty or don't include non-chaining clauses. Aside from that, you have to be prepared for the possibility that it will be invoked in any similar situation. Now....about rating alliances. Edit: superfluous sssss ftw!
The irony clearly exists stating one believes alliances hold the right to exercise a part of a treaty, then assisting alliances that are clearly going to violate that right to refrain from conflict.
 19.
I disagree. I think people have the right to use the non-chaining clause in their treaty and they shouldn't be looked down upon for using it. Valhalla did the right thing during the last war. They have no ties to NPO/NpO, which is what the conflict was about, so why should they get involved? Because their ally is allied to an alliance that is allied to an alliance that has a treaty with the NPO/NpO? That's absurd. The reason our planet does not have localized conflict is because everyone is guilt tripped into chaining into a war that has nothing to do with them whatsoever.
You don't see any irony in your beliefs regarding using non chaining clauses and your allies aggressive attacks on NPO when their allies choose to use those non chaining options? Maybe speak up a bit more at the planning table.
 20. Do you guys realize how insanely idiotic it is to have an active grudge on TPF over actions a DIFFERENT alliance (TF) did over 4 years ago. Even if you associated it with Slayer, he hasn't been a member of the alliance for more than two years. Two years. Good luck sparta, mha, fark, rr. Seriously if you hold a dire grudge on us y'all need to get over it, because we're at the point we don't have enough people active from that long ago to even remember what you're talking about.
 21.
You're right about what this contest is. It's yet another instance of MK and friends making fun of people they don't agree with. It's the same thing with the Worst Alliance Ever contest and I wager many other contests or threads or graphics on MK's forums or in their IRC channels that their victims never find out about. With this kind of attack, there are only really two thInge that you can do: give them what they want and take offense/attack back/let them get to you or don't let then get to you/don't give them what they want. What you are doing is the former. You're criticizing the Shrooms, which is what they want, and they're only going to knock you more. What I'm doing is not letting them get to me and taking my power back by enjoying the contest. Granted, I could just ignore them, which would accomplish the same thing as what I'm doing, but it's not as much fun.
Zeke is one of those guys that when confronted with the choice between laugh with the bullies and their games or avoid them, he fixed a bayonet instead. That is why we like him.
 22. All things aside it is rather distasteful.
 23. We have no desire to take it that route. They could offer honorable terms and the war would be over tonight, that choice however is not for us to make. The more they make terms like 95% or more in warmode for 30 days or deal off makes peace less likely.
 24.
They sure don't think like me. Irrationally stubborn isn't a quality I look for in people. On the upside, in another year, and you still can't mount a credible defense...you'll know why. Stupidity, pure and simple stupidity. I'm starting to almost feel bad for the kind of allies NPO has to put up with these days. Not a one of them can build their nations, plan a war, and few have the common sense to live to fight another day.
Rebuilding becomes difficult when you end up in wars the enemy launches for no reason (cbless hit on NPO) and they greatly outnumber you every time. Then it is pretty ironic how you say not smart enough to live to fight another day, yet criticize pm strategy? Have any more propaganda highlights to tell us about? Maybe we smell funny too or arn't cool and switch sides fast enough.
 25.
This is what people don't seem to get. You aren't helping anymore. The few that were truly helping, are now out of the war because they got demolished. Are you preventing anyone from attacking your treaty partner you came in to defend? No Are you significant enough of a threat that your continued involvement will sway the course or outcome? No Do you have the potential muscle or political muscle to remain a credible threat if "good" peace isn't received for your allies? No At some point, you are better serving yourself (and your allies) with getting out with as much as you can hold onto intact. Live to fight another day, a day where the odds are more in your favor.
Because they don't think like you is why I'm so thankful to have Avalon as good friends.
