1. ** TankKiller wakes up from his afternoon nap and peers at this thread Listen 'ere you whippersnappers, I haven't the foggiest what you're all on about. Quit this nattering and let us pensioners get on with it, eh? A couple of rounds in the ring just like the good ol' days never hurt nobody now, did it? Thanks for stirring to come and make this shindig a bit more exciting, TLR, nice to have some good company again. Let's show these young'sters how to have a right knee-slapper of a time, eh? And did you say you're bringing your missuses? That'll sure be swell!
2. My nation may not, but I shall certainly enjoy sparring with an alliance as respected and honourable as STA. :) Fun all around!
3. Oh goodness. I had no idea that the denizens of CN were to be subjected to my overly mushy, cheesy quote. Oh well. Anyway, yay, happy birthday us!
4. We've had a long, fruitful alliance, and I wish NATO well in their future endeavours. :) o\ NADC o\ NATO
5. DB4D. o/ Good to see this! Looking forward to the continuation of a great friendship.
6. I don't think I know The Apparatus, but you must be awesome to be signing this with TTK. 'grats to both! o/
7. @Nova Blue:
2) Would you enact an OADP with an Ally if the reasons were unjust?
While I'm not gov't, I believe I can safely say that if the reasons for going to war were viewed by us as unjust, we would opt out of attacking. We don't sign MDAPs for this very reason; we will never be forced into attacking for an unjust cause. Of course: A. I don't believe any of our allies would unjustly attack another alliance, they're too awesome for that and B. I don't think many alliances deliberately go to war when the CB is "unjust" to them. It's usually a matter of perspective. @Cesar Julian
Of all the programs and/or "offices" or NADC, which are you guys most proud of?
While it's not finished or fully implemented yet, I'm quite a fan of our "House" system. It's kinda like an extended mentorship programme that encourages members to grow, in terms of both nation and (to me, this is more important) in terms of involvement in the alliance. Kochers is right - to many of us in the NADC, the community is more important than the nations. (Of course, this isn't true for everyone here )
8. Not sure I understand your question there, Cap'n Canuck. ;P But, uhh, some votes may be 24, 48, 72 hours (etc) depending on their urgency. I believe it's to make sure no 1 hour long votes are put down. Also, yay us! Oh, and feel free to check by our fancy lookin' forums
9. From what I've seen, MHA are an awesome bunch. Best of luck to you guise in this war o\ Echelon, MCXA and NADC though, of course.

12. I was mobbed by about 45 ducks today whilst in a park. They were standing on my feet and gently pecking my hand - unbelievably adorable! I can only take this as a good omen for the future of this new relationship between RDD and NADC I'm a bit too excited about this, but then you guys are amazing Thank you aboooe for introducing us, and thank you RDD (especially Augusta) for being able
13. To Frankdolf the Wise and Merciful, The Government of the North Atlantic Defense Coalition appreciates your very kind terms of surrender. We would like to inform you that this gracious offer has been placed before our General Assembly for discussion. As per standard procedure, this period of deliberation will end in 94 years time. In addition, we have been led to believe that you have spies within the NADC, and thus there will be an exhaustive internal investigation into the veracity of this information. It is estimated that this will last an additional 49 years. Once complete, the vote on whether or not to accept will last for an additional two years. Trusting that this is true, we will be delighted to inform your descendants of our decision in 145 years. We will, of course, attempt to keep you informed of any further delays to the process. Yours sincerely on behalf of the North Atlantic Defense Coalition, TankKiller Secretary General
