I am Polaris through and through, so no guesses to where I laid my votes. Also, this war is fun, so whether it's easy or destructive it doesn't matter to me. I know who my brethren are, I know where I stand and where I'd lay my warchest on/for.

Wow, this thread did get quite down, didn't it? Well, we are moving forward in all sorts of ways to fill all sorts of needs, so best keep this fresh...!

It was a happy day when we visitted turtleville to look at our upgraded quarters, although it still might have been the alcohol that convinced me... I'm very happy to see them all grown up.

I disappointingly, or possibly savingly, joined just after GWIII... Seriously, just... It was Thursday, April 19 2007. I also remember that day quite vividly.

I haven't been here to reply to such things for a while... But, Polaris likes fun and friendship, and I bring the beer!

When I moved to Polaris, one of the first places I asked to diplomat to was you guys, as I adored you all so much. It's nice to see that you haven't forgotten me in my long absense of late. I guess I first signed up on your forums... Erm... It was over a year ago, I know that! lol! Plus it was all WB's fault for spamming the CIS forums so much... Thanks again guys. You have now made me extremely happy...Anyway, ahem - I joined Polaris a year ago at a point where, due to a rather unhappy turn of events, I was on the verge of quitting CN... Polaris has turned my CN life around and has made being amongst a community fantastic again. For those reasons, for the comraderie, support, vigilence, determination, sticking through it and with each other through just about anything that can be thrown at her, I believe I definitely joined Polaris at the right time and am glad that I will be riding with her throughout the best of her days. o/ Grub for an epic post, as always. o/ Polaris and all who sail in her!

I was only in CIS once, so no! lol! But I am totally aware of where IMU came from, which is what I was referring to...Also, you had already left when IMU merged into CIS, but I do remember what happened that April... Tiz still uses the same nick on IRC. Og - no idea what happened to him. I've always been me for as long as I've been here, which is nearly 2 years now.

Before CIS there was IMU, before IMU there was CIS... Now, there is Polaris and lots of it!
