Constitution of the United Socialist States of Aqua
Preamble: The United Socialist States of Aqua is here to unite three forms of Government under one united flag and alliance. We hope to unite Communist, Revolutionary Government, and Totalitarian State. This is the U.S.S.A. Rules and Regulations.
Article I:
All members have the right to attack any nation that is unaligned, unless in the team color Red.
Article II:
All members have the right to receive military and financial aid if they are attack by another nation.
Article III:
All members must sign up for military service; they must also have the United Socialist States of Aqua in there AA and signed up on the U.S.S.A. forum.
Article IV:
All members must fight in a war if officially declared by the U.S.S.A.
Article V:
All members must have ether Communist, Revolutionary Government, and Totalitarian State as there Government and must be in the Team Color Aqua.
Article VI:
All members have the right to a fair trial, the right to run for any government positions, and have the right for a sealed vote.
Article VII:
There can be no law restricting any Political Party or Politician only the following can. All Political Parties must deal with these governments Communist, Revolutionary Government, and Totalitarian State or Socialism. No Government can abolish the name of the Alliance
Article VIII:
There can never be a merge into another alliance, only alliance can merge into us keeping the name of U.S.S.A.
Government
The Elected Officials:
Premier:
The Premier is the leader of the alliance; he is elected every two months and can declare war in a defensive war. He may only use is veto twice a month. In order to impeach him, all Congressmen must vote yes to impeach.
Congressmen:
All Congressmen will be elected every month, for every 10 members there shall be one Congressman. If there is a even number of Congressmen the Premier has the final vote.
Speaker of Congress:
He is elected by his fellow Congressmen, he replaces the Premier if he is gone or if he resigns, or gets impeached for a short period of time until elections can be held.
Appointed Officials:
Secretary of State:
Appointed by the Premier he can be replaced by the Premier at any time. His job is to mask new members and establish embassies. He also runs the election at the end of the month. He is also in charge or recruiting.
Socialist Head Banker:
Appointed by the Premier he can be replaced by the Premier at any time. His job is to run the economy of the U.S.S.A. and to get aid to members who need it. To also start new aid programs to benefit the U.S.S.A.
Socialist Army Commander:
Appointed by the Premier he can be replaced by the Premier at any time. His job is to lead the military. To organize it and to check for wars on members of the U.S.S.A. He is also to get targets if we go to war.
Election Period:
All elections are held at the end of the month. There is two days to sign up for a position; there is two days for debating, and two days for voting
