A RL friend of mine has joined the game yesterday (http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display.asp?Nation_ID=170048) and I tried to aid him. I always get the cheating message:

I have never logged in from his PC nor has he logged in from my PC before. However, we are on the same network provider (Abakus Net). Can that be the reason? I have checked admin CP on GR forums, and it also says we have the same IP.
EDIT: I forgot that image tags don't work
