To the Nations of the World,
It is with a heavy heart that I inform you that Armcham's former CEO, Genevieve Aristide, has been executed by firing squad today at 0130 EST. The Armacham Board of Directors have since been arrested and imprisoned in our custody on accounts of numerous Crimes against Humanity, and they will await their sentence which has been scheduled at a later date. With these positions unmanned, I have no choice but to assume permanent command of Armacham's executive offices to maintain continual stability of the company, effective immediately. It has taken us the better part of 13 years to rebuild after the horror that was unleashed upon Fairport thanks to Aristide's actions, but the Origin Project has been contained, and the vile Perseus project has been discontinued, along with those disgusting Replicas. These are just some of the changes that I am pushing through in order to maintain Armacham's stability as a company, free from the phantoms of the past now that it is under my control. Armacham Technologies Corporation is also not affiliated with the United States Government, contrary to what some of you might think. It's amazing to see how susceptible the American government is to corruption and bribery.
Now with that out of the way, I am looking to establish relations with other nations. As we are not affiliated with the United States Government, I believe the process of going about making such alliances will be much easier. Because of Armacham's early projects taken from contracts issued by NASA and the Department of Defense in the late 1990's, I have decided it would be in our best interest to allow contracts for projects to be opened once again to any nation seeking interest to a potential alliance. Contracts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and forms will be issued upon request when applicable. On a final note, all requests pertaining to diplomatic matters or general inquiries must be forwarded to the Armacham Department of Relations before I may respond to them directly. I do apologize for any inconvenience caused, regardless I look forward to establishing diplomatic relations with the other nations, or companies, of the world.
