When it says this, I don't see how you can interpret that as including January the 3rd. To the 3rd means it does not include the third, otherwise it should have been to the 4th of January. It expired today as the English language in the post clearly states.

I am down with no nukes. But with 500 mil startup, how crazy is that going to get. Especially if it's going to be 90 days like the previous rounds. Some other suggestions regarding navy: Raise the daily navy hit limit to 5 Maybe a crazy one, allow Cruise Missiles and Air Attacks to be done on enemy navy and let navy defend/intercept enemy CM and Air Attacks. Make it a round worth being the 50th admins.
