1. I was in Pacific and Polar for a combined total of over 2 years.
2. This proves, once again, that the only reliable tenet of this crazy world is that nothing lasts forever.
3. I hated both of these alliances already, and this announcement gives me more of a reason to do so. I also suggest UPN makes me their viceroy if they want an active and competent government member and cannot obtain any from the hundreds of nations under that AA.
4.
nah, phpbb3 is obviously best The majority of online communities agree , according to ]http://www.backendbattles.com/ on a survey of the top 10k sites as ranked by Alexa, vBulletin is top, but phpBB is used on more top 10k sites (28 of them) then IPB (18) and SMF (6) combined.
phpBB is ugly. I prefer the look of SMF or IPB. Losing IPBfree is a disappointment because not everyone who plays this game has the ability to pay for hosting, but stronger communities will survive and move on.
5. The Initiative was fun, but let's not delude ourselves. The reason it stayed together was because of The League and AEGIS, and as soon as they were gone with no chance of coming back, the bloc went after VE, CIS and FAN. NPO and NpO had differing objectives. GOONS and \m/ became examples of bad behaviour due to the actions of a few of their more prominent members. There was no way that was going to last, and watching it die was just as much fun as watching it rise.
6.
The fact that you use Japanese in your charter makes me angry.
I don't like the Japanese in the charter either, actually, when there's perfectly good English describing the same thing already. (OOC: also those titles are only loosely related to the source material ) Gratuitous foreign language is gratuitous.
7. That's no moon, it's a [s]space station[/s] mega huge long charter. * Mio gets caught in the tractor beam.
8. Dear heavens, what is this -transmission interrupted- Oh, poor DARK LORDS, somebody asked to annex you! A simple 'no' would have sufficed. The sad thing is, we're all giving this the attention it doesn't deserve, clearly a case of discrimination against the non-capslockian races.

RE DoW

I came for the "declaration of war", but all I got was this lousy [s]t-shirt[/s] re-existence announcement.
10. The reasons you should join SOS Brigade in four panels: Okay, tha...wait, what? Well, anyway, Join SOS Brigade. It's never lupus.
11. I was doing pretty well with the casualties (by having the most infra and a good opponent), but then I got sanctioned and ran out of money and couldn't buy soldiers. I'm dead for the round now. So now I'm at Casualty Rank: Ranked #10 of 1,743 Nations (0.57%) Number of Soldiers Lost in All Wars. 56,568 Attacking + 104,769 Defending = 161,337 Casualties Oh well.
12.
Is this defence of NPO the official position of the SOS Brigade? Can we expect a treaty in the upcoming weeks?
NPO will be our protectorate in two weeks. Or you're just taking an independent view to illogical extremes. (Hint: it's the latter)
13.
That post is quite baffling. Firstly you seem to admit that NPO is not being truthful and using incorrect facts. Then you equate that to freedom of speech. Please tell me what freedom of speech has to do with spreading lies? Freedom of speech is the right to express ones opinion, not to present incorrect facts and slander people using falsified facts. And suggesting VE attacks NPO for 'free speech' is just the cherry on the icing of the cake.
It's quite simple. The media department of the New Pacific Order can say whatever it wants, whether entirely factual, partially factual, or completely non-factual. Some would prefer to make empty demands when the media department does not accede to their version of events, though they won't actually do anything in response to alleged "slander". I suspect there's a chance you'll get an apology and correction, but then again, propaganda can also be used to rewrite history. Would you or anyone else actually do something to protect your reputation and maintain long-term stability, even if it meant rejecting some of your own ideals? I think not.
14.
Truly a stunning riposte from a master of wit. What poise! What effortless phrasing! *cackles*
I aim to please. Or to cause trouble. Either explanation works. Or neither.
15.
Bullcrap. Total lie. VE almost went to war with an alliance of over 100 members because one of their members hit NPO, VE countered, and they threatened us for doing so. During that time period. As for the 30k+ nation "This guy said he would send peace so hold off for now. Just giving you a heads up in case he doesn't." < You guys didn't want us to hit him. If you did, he would have been hit. I personally approved multiple targets to be hit that were successfully hit during this timeperiod. I ask that you strike this section from the record because its foundation is based on complete lies.
The Tabloid Tribune is ahead of the truth, not necessarily based on it. I recommend your alliance entertains us all and tries attacking NPO to suppress their free speech, before they get too strong. *cackles*
16. Well, luckily for you, you're not within my war range. I'd nuke you over that avatar.
17. Every year someone claims that there has to be or is always a summer war (although it's winter in some parts of the world nipah~) and it doesn't happen. It's a myth. However, I can create a war if any alliances want to fight on my side~
18. I blame AZTEC since they seem to be attacking you. And everyone near the top. And sanctioning people like me.
19.
Theres no +/- 250 range on TE? Even the top nation should have 250 nations able to hit it regardless of strength. The only things stopping that should be political positioning in regards to allies.
There is no +/- 250 range in TE, which is what keeps someone like me who currently has 15k NS at #3 from stomping on a bunch of little nations with less than 1/3 of my infrastructure and no nuclear capability around #250. If this was added to TE, someone would be whining to remove it as soon as I did that.
20.
This is just wrong. There are more wars than that. The alliances builds are different. (In terms of Tiers) Go back under your bridge.
These numbers are all factual and correct.
21.
They also attacked The Flying Kiwis, RnR, and Pork Shrimp (plus Make You Blue, as far as SMUG's wars are concerned). I think it's a pretty even fight, myself (if not swayed a bit in our favor). Actually, considering TDF's level of strength and coordination... you could pretty easily say they gave us the advantage (and they probably did it deliberately). Have fun, everybody. My best regards to our partners and opponents.
Roman Empire, 174 nations, 368710 NS, 0 nukes Fark, 23 nations, 67361 NS, 18 nukes Sovereign Mongers Of Uber Greatness, 34 nations, 86456 NS, 11 nukes SWAT, 15 nations, 38234 NS, 0 nukes (total) 246 nations, 560761 NS, 29 nukes versus The Flying Kiwis, 49 nations, 126299 NS, 0 nukes Trollwitch Defense Force, 26 nations, 146263 NS, 69 nukes Pork Shrimp, 34 nations, 68368 NS, 0 nukes RnR, 23 nations, 78068 NS, 6 nukes (total) 132 nations, 418998 NS, 75 nukes Oh, it's a beat down by the aggressors, with twice as many nations, more nation strength and the aggressors' advantage, but I promise we won't let it be an easy one.
22. Fantastic! Nice to see one of the best alliances and the place I called home free again.
23.
Brendan, someone's been lying to you. He was in GATO up until the eve of the war.
I do remember many of the details of the GATO-One Vision War, and AG had long since left when the war started, and all the government members at the time had nations predating Great War III, meaning none of them were Kaos. The lying and cover-up by the GATO government were also contributing factors to the war, although the fact remains that it was mainly over a reroll nation with a mostly fresh start.
24. Wow, I haven't talked to you in forever, or something like that. You're still one of the best people around here though. Keep those aims of peace and truth and justice and share them with the entire world.
25. 12, eh... Hmmmm... Alright... Prodigal Chieftain, for being Our Lord and Saviour Electron Sponge, for diplomacy. He seems like the cool-headed type who always respects his allies. Kang Seung Jae, for recruitment. Yeah, there's nothing funny about all these similar nations created on the same day. Count da Silva, for propaganda. The AUT for that, too. Cager, because every alliance needs someone like that Rozalia, for the pink team mpol, for gun pr0n The Pansy, because what will we do with all these sheep otherwise? Rebel Virginia, because he's pretty much the Chuck Norris of CN Doitzel, for Military command. He destroyed 2 MCXA nations with his bear hands and doesn't afraid of anything, including fighting from DEFCON 4. Bob Sanders for Minister of English Yeah. That would be pretty sweet.
