There is no rule allowing players to have two nations. One nation per player, no exceptions.
Since you were not banned, you may log into the account you wish to play with and create a new nation.

I've been here since '06 trying to build a sanctioned alliance and I wouldn't say the pip is the ENTIRE reason I did it but it certainly was a factor. 😅
If you're waiting on Knights of the Round Table, we could be waitin' a long time.It will be sooner than that. I sent the images admin's way and am waiting for him to upload them.

Looking at updating these. The following alliances are eligible to be added, provided they submit images (150x50 pngs):
- CLAWS
- Freehold of The Wolves
- Knights Of The Round Table

Only nations in existence after February 7th, 2014 are able to be restored by logging in again. By the looks of it you last played several years prior to then.

You don't actually have 100 land, the game rounds values for infrastructure, technology, land, etc. when displaying them. Your actual purchased land amount is roughly 99.999559609214. That said, there is not much of a practical reason to sell it, if you had a higher infrastructure level would would likely need even more purchased land due to the automatic growth not being enough.

From the game's terms and conditions:

You agree not to create more than one player account in this game and understand that by creating or accessing more than one account you will be in violation of these terms and conditions. As of 7/2/2014 multiple accounts on the same computer network are allowed, as long as the accounts are controlled by different players. No interaction (war, trade, foreign aid, etc..) between players on the same network is allowed either directly or through 3rd parties (ie. no sending foreign aid to someone who is not on your network who then sends foreign aid back to someone who is on your network). Moderation will still investigate multi account abuse and will continue to reserve the right to remove rule violators from the game. Account sitting is only allowed for a limit of 70 days (10 weeks) when reported in the nation sitting thread in the Moderation section of the Cyber Nations forums.
