    Maybe it could be some people like casualties (including yours truly); there's really nothing wrong with that around here.  Did some former gentleman of SNX still hold a grudge from some past war involving Non Grata?  Involving a former leader (of an alliance now absorbed by FTW) and some petty harsh words thrown about?  Perhaps not every member of the "unwelcome" and "imbecile" alliance and / or alliances were involved with said war.
     

     

    Only you know the full answers to these sorts of questions.  If you don't give the answers though (especially to fair and neutral inquiring minds who want to know), then you're not going to be the one looking so smart.  It'll actually have the opposite effect.

    So when Velocity said the old flag was rotated, he was talking about the + being change to x.

    As to former members of SNX holding grudges against Non Grata, we're a fairly quiet bunch so if any of them do have grudges they are not vocal about it.

    Yes I know that, that is not the issue at all. If I purposely change something to go to GRL+2 then use a 5th border wall to then take 1 off of that it doesn't work.

  3. Currently if I place a 5th border wall on my nation the " Improves environment +1 " does not kick in, I tested this by setting Gov position 5 to "No position at this time." which has a 1 point negative effect on my environment.

     

    If gov position 4 is set the 3rd option giving " 0.5 improvement to environment. " this effect can be seen, if this is a capping issue you would expect the 0.5 improvement to be having the same issues as the 1 improvement and show no effect or the 1 only give 0.5.

  4. Government positions for the most part tell you what they do but a couple of them have a hidden 1 point environment penalty, once you join a alliance they will most likely have a guide for you on their forums.

     

    Tax rate should always be as high as possible when collecting, so 28% or 30% with SSS wonder.

    Fairly sure it isn't NS, I've witnessed a few tie situations in the past and I believe I've seen a tie where a lower NS got the seat because that was what I originally thought would decide it.

    On their nation pages they both say Ranked #1 of 3,193 Nations, so the game is seeing them as tied and the order of ranking is being decided by something else.

    Could be that cuba got their first, it could be that cuba's nation is a tiny bit older or it could be something else. When senators tie in elections it is not clear how it picks who gets the last seat if there are 4 other people with more votes than them (it's not oldest nation or first to collect that many vote).

  7. It's probably because NS is capped, Cuba is first because he achieved 1,000,000.000 first. The 1,928,672.88 and 1,831,764.03 NS numbers do not exist in the game because of the cap so can't be used to do the ranking.
