  1. All wars end with peace. May be easier to start a war and end it in the same day. Saves all of the trouble in the middle, much more efficient this way. Results are the same with less damage.
  2. KoRT was 2.5 times smaller than npo at the time of the sneak attack. I don't know of any good moral that can apply here. It kind of reminds me of a bully and his gang finds out his victim and his good friends are black belts. It did not end well.
  3. So this war is a suicide for some npo nations?. Why did suicidal nations drag all of npo into this?. If suicide was the goal why attack a alliance 2.5 times smaller than you?. What is the definition of fun for "...Driving out all the newbs. Crippling the seller economy ..." James Spanier (wise words) . How is it fun for them. If you attack low tier tech selling nations you could anger other alliances that buy their tech, this can't be a good strategy.
  4. Congrats to " The Legion and The Dark templar they both move up in the alliance rankings....
  5. Not for me. I don't like war, however some really like it. I look forward to re-building my humble nation. A war for no reason will not entertain me.
  6. He has been a good sport so far. However my humble nation poses no real threat, it follows order blindly and cares not about damage to itself. Helping others is more important then war in my opinion for the alliance long term well being.
  7. If no one cares. Some/many wish to go out in a blaze of glory. Want to ignore the "sim city nations" as they have no purpose in your view.... Then.... Why not let the warmongers group into two new equal size alliances and have a war to end all wars. Think of the fun they could have (I base this on forum posts). Blasting each other as the fun goes on and on. Looking at smoke fill sunsets, bathing in radiation all day, and having radiation burns to scratch down to the bone. The boring "sim city" nations must stay out (they don't know how to have fun like this). Possibles rules?. You can not ask any sim city nations for aid. You can attack any nation in range in the other warmongers group. ( no sim city nations) As the war goes on if one alliance gains to a edge on the other, relocation of nations may occur. Can't enter PM. Victory occurs when nation is totally destroyed. Last nation standing gets a new title (ideas for glorious title needed) and a forum thread to brag in. "Two new alliances enter... one nations leaves" Sim city nations must stay out, there is no peace for us here. However we can watch. Some may wish to cheer.
  8. Your correct.... or more correct than I. I think maybe one scientist may have ask why ... perhaps when the scientist was a kid.
  9. 622,356 Nations Simulated To Date Cyber Nations is a free browser-based nation simulation game. Create a nation and decide how you will rule your people by choosing a government type, a national religion, tax rate and more. Build your nation according to your choosing by purchasing infrastructure to support your citizens, land to expand your borders, technology to increase your effectiveness, and military to defend your national interests. Develop improvements for your nation such as harbors to enhance your ability to trade with other nations, build clinics and hospitals to increase your total population, and invest in schools and universities to increase your people's literacy rate. Finance national wonders like great temples and monuments or expand beyond the confines of this world by building colonies on the Moon and Mars. Trade with other players, build formidable alliances, wage wars against your enemies, assist others with foreign aid, spy on suspected rogue nations. It's all up to you. How will you rule your nation? Except... "Create a nation and decide how you will rule your people..." The nation leader choice. "Develop improvements for your nation such as harbors to enhance your ability to trade with other nations..." Your choice "wage wars against your enemies, assist others with foreign aid, spy on suspected rogue nations. It's all up to you..." Again "It's all up to you" "How will you rule your nation?" Sim city , neutral or warmonger... Its your call so no one can say you must play this way because I do .... All are playing the way they want to. Appears the game creators don't agree with you on this.... Sounds like if you want you may build "sim city" and live in peace or war you can. If you want war you may go to war, however you should attack other war like nations. Attacking nations that do not want war causes them to play the game your way. If they no longer like the game because their playing your way not theirs they drop out. Sim city nations pose no threat to warmongers, let them play their way. Other wise you may appear to be a bully. Sorry if I disagree with you... You have the right to disagree with me as well.
  10. Very interesting... So if someone attack you or your alliance they are offering you a prize?. Appears that I have it all wrong again, I need to thank my attackers for the kind gift. I guess when giving the opportunity I should return the favor . I have a question however.. If a new alliance enter the war with the excuse surprise or please accept this gift, you would be happy to accept this kind offer on behalf of your alliance?. Do to the fact they offer a prize/gifts all nonaggression treaty would no longer apply as this is a gift offer and not a aggressive act . Sorry about my confusion, I have difficulties seeing the strategy/logic of this. I thank you for sharing your views, ideas and strategies and for helping me understand them.
  11. The USA scramble for reason after the attack on Pearl Harbor. The Polish people did the same after Germany attack them in WW2. I use war history as a example in this time of war. Your correct "people scramble for reason in an unreasonable world" we may call this human nature. As you know war have no prize, life is lost on both sides. Both side look for "... reason in an unreasonable world" and ask why did so many die. Thank you for playing as well. A civil reply is always welcome even if we disagree a bit. BTW people asking why is what keeps Scientist employed looking for reason.
  12. Looking back at the old posts I think I see one reason for the war.... A few Polaris members wanted 5m Casualty, and at 50% of the strength of Polaris KoRT was a easy target. To all other nations drag into this... Sorry about your lost .
  13. "Knights of the Grail is a peaceful nation. War is not an option since 12/10/2016" That a logical strategy considering the 250 rule, its legal in the game rules. Only a fool would exit PM after 4 years to get kill by a alliance 2-3 times bigger than his. I see no one being threaten by this peaceful nation or any other peaceful nation in CN. Its also a good way for a alliance leader to show that he doesn't want trouble. A nation in PM is harmless in its honorable peace. Remember this nation and/or its alliance did not start this war. You are correct and wise to point out this blunder. I guess we disagree a little on PM James, however we agree on blunders ...
  14. Please tell him to be careful... If the nuke goes off while he is disarming it the virus is no longer a concern, however I don't think that any protective gear will help him. Also nuke- fried Term may smell bad, making it hard to deal with allies. A better strategy would be to send all contaminated infra, land, tech, and un-exploded nukes with surrounding land back to KoRT along with any adjacent infra, land, and tech that may have been in contact. Let them deal with it. You may call this a biological attack as part of your war. If you look around you may find others that would take this contaminated stuff off your hands, if so be sure to thank them.
  15. Best excuse so far and humorous as well .... thanks Jason However how about the nukes that did not explode that KoRT sent , they remain stuck in the ground and cover with Corona virus?.
  16. I'm blissfully free of the ravages of intelligence...
  17. Thanks Jerdge That post explains a lot. And if you read between the lines you see why CN membership is declining.
  18. Sorry to tell you this, however this is a bad excuse as history shows. Please see this link https://www.answers.com/Q/What_excuse_did_the_defendants_at_the_Nuremberg_trials_give_for_their_action_during_the_war or/and https://www.pbs.org/newshour/science/how-the-nazis-defense-of-just-following-orders-plays-out-in-the-mind "and I don’t care what y’all did or didn’t do" Not a good legal defense, plus not a good message for other CN alliances to read. What will they think, what questions come to mind about loyalties. You may wish to edit, if so I can delete this as well.
  19. I see something different...I looked at the nation involved and see Bucky is outnumber and outsize with 3 attackers. All 3 attacker are stronger than he. Bucky turtle strategy is understandable/wise in his current position what else can he do (looks like he exits his shell to bite back when he can). This strategy use by you and your team mates along with a surprise attack needs a name I let CN call it as they see it. BTW Did your alliance come up with a good justification for this war. What did this alliance do to you or your allies. I think CN and KoRT would like to see a good reason.
  20. Sorry Polaris.... I just learn that KoRT has the COVID-19 virus!!!. Best thing you can do is give back anything that you have won from KoRT to protect your alliance (try not to touch it without protective gear). No worries about any nukes KoRT sent you (unless they failed to explode )
  21. Looking for input and improvement here. This is a ideal in theory so it needs help. We all know that Trade Circles (TC) have issues. Sometimes it takes time to fix, I'm trying to come up with a long term strategy to help alliances with this problem. Need a way that players can easily move to help repair a TC. Currently there is to many issue to allow temporary trades to move in and out of TC's when repairs are needed. As you know finding replacements is not easy. To kept things simple I'll use only two different types 3BR and 8BR. Notice that these two groups have common items (lumber, marble, iron, uranium etc etc) they also have items that are not common (coal, gems, oil, etc etc). The idea would be to groups these trades so that nations can be hop in and of a TC without the issues we have now. This would required TC's to have a common back-collection date and team color. The back-collection date would be needed so that all members of the TC collected with-end 1-3 days of each other. This common date allows time for temp fills to move in and return for their own collections. Some alliances may wish to reward nation that act as fills. IE, fake alliance X with 2 3br and one 8br TC's as samples with same team color. 3br setup 1st tc with 6 nations (1-6) back collect 10 day offset from 3br #2 1 aluminum and iron ( common to both 3br and 8br so can be used as a temporary fill for ether) 2 lumber and marble ( common to both 3br and 8br so can be used as a temporary fill for ether) 3 water and wheat ( common to both 3br and 8br so can be used as a temporary fill for ether) 4 cattle and fish ( only 3br can use this for other 3br fills) 5 pigs and spices ( only 3br can use this for other 3br fills) 6 sugar and uranium* ( only 3br can use this for other 3br fills) 3br setup 2 (same as the 1st with a different back-collection target date) also with a 10 day common back collecting date than 3br#1 1 aluminum and iron ( common to both 3br and 8br so can be used as a temporary fill for ether) 2 lumber and marble ( common to both 3br and 8br so can be used as a temporary fill for ether) 3 water and wheat ( common to both 3br and 8br so can be used as a temporary fill for ether) 4 cattle and fish ( only 3br can use this for other 3br fills) 5 pigs and spices ( only 3br can use this for other 3br fills) 6 sugar and uranium* ( only 3br can use this for other 3br fills) 8br setup as a sample 6 nations (1-6) 1 aluminum and iron ( common to both 3br and 8br so can be used as a temporary fill for ether) 2 lumber and marble ( common to both 3br and 8br so can be used as a temporary fill for ether) 3 water and wheat ( common to both 3br and 8br so can be used as a temporary fill for ether) 4 coal and gold ( only 8br can use this for other 8br fills) 5 lead and oil ( only 8br can use this for other 8br fills) 6 rubber and uranium* ( only 8br can use this for other 8br fills) * could be use as a better than nothing temp trade between 3br and 8br for nukes. What pairs up with uranium could be change if someone comes up with a better set to go between 3br and 8br as temp trades. (I did not look into this) As long as the common collection date is set different for each similar TC group, players # 1-3 could easily be used anywhere needed and return before their original group to back-collect. Players 4-6 could only help in the same type of group they came from (or be used as a better than nothing temp set). If this sample alliance had TC's groups collections set 5 days apart ( 0. 5. 15. of a 20 day rotation) they can swap nations in and out as needed without the can't change trades for 30 days rule being a problem. The more stable nations in the alliance can be the odd trades (4-6), and the younger nations (1-3). Theory being stable nation less likely to delete??. New nations when able can be 1-3 and use as a temp fill for their collection until needed as a permanent fill in a TC. I know this would be mess to start as all nations may need to alter trades and back-collections dates. However the long term effects will help all. Think about how nice it would be to have a temp fill from another group when you need it, and more time to shop for a replacement, and if the replacement fails you can still return to temps for max collections. If a allied alliance had trades set up like yours all the better. Other types of TC's could be included using the same logic. New players in the alliance could be told to select 1,2,or 3 ( common to all) and can move into any tc for their back-collections dates so they may have a full collection. Later they may be place into a TC as a permanent fill. This way we could test them to see if they are dependable. If the new nation wanted to try out different type of TC's to learn, going with trade set 1.2.or 3, could allow them to move about without changing their trades. Nations that "hop" into a TC to help could pay bills before they hop, and/or pay bills when their temporary TC trades are filled (use the cheaper of the two TC's for bills???). You can delay paying bills, so this strategy is flexible. They should wait until they move back into their normal TC to back-collect so the group collection date remains the same. A wise player may come up with a better common trade set up then to sample above....Please do so...
  22. Auctor, I'm a small humble green team nation. I've have never been ask to sell my votes by anyone. You may check my tech deals you can see that no one has sent me cash for votes. I did vote for a green team senator so you view my nation and see that this is not something the green teams does. I hope a few green teams senators come by a confirm this. I'm just saying this from my own experience. I'm not a official of the green team so I know what I say means little. Just saying the green team would not like this vote selling by what I see.
  23. You know the game better than I... and I agree with you about the Green team they have morals and would not like this. Maybe that"s why I'm green, or more likely its the 1st alliance I was in game color before I left the game for a year?. I have "Political Lobbyists" however will not sell votes with or without tech.
