1. Admin was talking to me once how if GRL reaches over 100 and casualties reach 10 bil, he will restart the server. True story. onward! -omfg
 2. Havent seen this thread yet. Here is the place for your shoutouts to your opponents! Shout out to my two IRON foes, Master Char and Eva999. Damn good coordination. -omfg
 3.
You realize we are attacking FAN, whom initiated the war with NPO. I'm not sure how that is ganging up on anyone.
I could have sworn FARK attacked NPO too... -omfg
 4. Ballsy move. Good luck guys. o/ARES -omfg
 5. Well looks like that was faster then expected. http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=107065&st=0 -omfg
 6.
Simple. She's an attention seeker who loves the fact she has all of the CN nerds in a fluster because she has lady lumps. She hates WAPA. WAPA hates STA lets just get on with the slaughter.
Seriously? How old are you? -omfg
 7.
I see WAPA has finally taken its swing at STA. Grats on fulfilling your revenge too!
Of course assuming WAPA will actually be doing any fighting. -omfg
 8.
Well one thing is for sure NPO now has a legit CB on all the allies who cancelled on them before Karma, as they cancelled knowing the war was coming and that NPO would lose. not sure if they are out of time now, is two years the cut off ?
This man is correct. We must start a new bidding at once! -omfg
 9.
Hang on I thought FAN already participated in a war against the NPO and got an apology from Pacifica??
Mmm right because an apology makes up for a 2 year occupation. -omfg
 10. It is now acceptable to attack alliances for things they have done in the past. So lets start bids for FAN to attack NPO for her two years of occupation. I say by March. Any takers? -omfg
 11. Sick of the war already. When will MK/VE intervene? -omfg
 12.
Reality? Reality didnt matter when Legion allies were all "hurr durr 5 alliances to take out Legion"(even thought the 5 all tolled, only had a VERY mild NS advantage, and still had a tech and ANS deficit). Reality? Reality didnt matter when most of IAA refused to fight, thereby giving Legion a HUGE NS advantage overall, everyone still congratulates Legion on a "great victory", when in reality, there was nothing "great" or even exceptional about the victory. A victory it was? Yes. Great it was? Had IAA fought, then perhaps. That they didnt, does not make Legions vicory "Great", it makes an overall 3:2 advantage beatdown. As long as we are talking about... reality....
I think what makes it great is that everyone was giving crap about Legion not being able to fight and sucking at war etc, yet they managed to fend off 5 alliances against 1. So what if IAA didn't fight? Then that is the coalition's fault for bringing in an ally that couldn't fight. Regardless, Legion beat 5 alliances, and NSO had to bring in MK/VE to save their bruised faces. Thus, congratulations on the great victory Legion. -omfg
 13.
Yes, that is precisely what is being said by Legion but is being disputed. It also does not explain why Tetris has not received peace if that is accurate. You of all people should be aware of how the OWF bends the truth quite often and I've learned not to trust it. The flaw in your logic is unduly blaming these two alliances when so many others can and probably would do the same. NSO has plenty of other treaties to activate, including RoK and TPF who in turn can easily chain for even more. It's quite clear many are becoming agitated by this war being prolonged past the point of usefulness, not just the two alliances here. As I said, I'm apathetic to this whole situation. It's not something I would do, and I'm pretty certain it's a bad political move, but it's hardly "evil". I'm also of the understanding that NSO will equally be pounded (assuming they have slots left) until they wise up. At worst they become the new FAN, which I would quite enjoy given their former wit has decayed and dulled to the point of mere annoyance.
And who is agitated by this war? NSO could activate other treaties but if they were to, then that would show the rest of CN that they could not handle Legion on their own. Thus, MK/VE is going to save NSO/draw in NpO by putting up this nonsense. Other than that, this war is quite interesting as it shows Legion is not as weak as it seems. I don't see why anyone would be agitated over war in the first place. *cue "omg you have no logic, gtfo* -omfg
 14. Nov 26 if no one has called it. The Turkey Truce -omfg
 15. I think its quite hilarious how over the years people have been talking smack about Legion and what not, but when they actually fight, they need to not only call five alliances to fight Legion, but need the aid of others in order to take them on. Keep on crying guys. o/ Polaris -omfg
 16.
I've fought nations with more tech than they, they just didn't fight me. Legion nations tend to just roll over and take it.
I will actually agree with you in which some nations who were quite larger then me simply didnt fight me. But just because you fought opponents who didnt actually fight back doesnt really give you bragging rights.
Maybe you missed it, but I already accounted for a 25% loss rate on my part in my earlier post (here: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=101667&st=220&p=2709729&#entry2709729 ) and cruise missiles (here: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=101667&view=findpost&p=2709750 )
I did see that, hence why I said each cruise missile is about 3 tech destroyed, not 1.5. If you show me battle reports where your enemy cruise missiles were even under two, I would be a believer. You also didnt factor in aircraft attacks, but I am assuming your nations just didnt fight back. Regardless, if you actually fought competent opponents, you would be losing tech. But to be bragging saying you earned tech against nations who were inactive or didnt fight back is like saying you just out ran some children in a foot race. -omfg
 17.
Most of your nations are dealing in the range of 75-80 damage per nuke, starting (2000-3000 tech + WRC). I steal ~15 tech per GA, so ~30 per day, per nation. Fighting three nations means I steal ~90 per day, assuming I win all my GAs (which usually happens). Since your nations aren't nuking every day either due to inactivity or running out of them because of SDI's and I usually take care about when I declare, I usually take 4-5 nukes at most during a round. Since every NPO nation is turtling, I don't lose tech to GA's. Assuming 5 nukes and 80 damage, I lose about 400 tech to nukes (pessimistic estimation for me). Assuming I win 75% of my GA's and launch 6 a day, I steal around 475 (pessimistic estimation for me). This gives me a net gain of ~75 tech. The CCC nations I fought had around 6-8k tech and didn't turtle, meaning they we're dealing significantly more damaged to me.
Post war stats show you had about 11k infra and 10k tech which puts you at close to 100k NS. I had about pre war 4k tech and 8k infra and I was at a comfortable 70k. So you either fought targets that have 3k tech tops and tons of infra, or you somehow were able to attack nations at half of your strength. If they have about 2-3k tech, you were most likely fighting nations with just tons of infra and no tech, which is really no battle at all. It is also quite ridiculous to assume you have won all 6 GA's, for 6 days. Unless of course you were fighting nations who could not care. And even if they turtled, you do not get get the tech rather you just destroy it instead. And if they were inactive, you would not be able to gain anything past 14 days of inactivity. Cruise missiles also do about 3. something a missile, but for the sake of this post, lets just say CM's do 3.2 tech damage. If they are launching 2 a day, for 6 days, from 3 nations, you are losing at least 115.2 tech in total. At about 4k tech, you raid about 10 tech, so at your tech level, let us just say 15. So if you somehow manage to raid all 3 of your targets who are turtling, in which you only get 1 attack each, you get about 270 tech. But hey, you actually chose a target who nukes you. That means you would only have to get nuked twice with each nukes 80 tech for you to start losing tech. What you are saying here is that not only you fought targets who were woefully inactive, low in tech, or had no nukes, but you also somehow were able to get technology from defeat alerts, send more then 1 each day for 3 targets, or managed to win 6 ground battles each day for 6 days.
I haven't fought a nation that wasn't nuke capable (barring a possible rogue or two, I can't remember about those) since Feb '08. That includes raid targets.
Or you are fighting targets that running out of nukes or going into inactivity. Not saying it is a bad strategy at all, but if you are going to chest thump about how you are so awesome at war, try fighting targets who actually fight back or have nukes or arent going into inactivity. You are full of it. Time to go back to studying for finals. Just my $.02 -omfg
 18.
Nobody cares about casualties. I do remember a time when Arcades was top dog in the casualties department and it was a huge deal for the NPO. And there were a lot more NPO nations on that list. But that was probably before your time in the NPO.........
You know, because things dont change right? I remember there was a time where technology didn't have a factor in dealing damage. But that was probably before your time on Bob. -omfg Sorry for the double post btw.
