So let me point it out another way, what if all of NoR top tier who has a lot more wonders deleted all their tech and sold all their infra then countered you at your NS what would you say. I would feel shamed of myself bragging about forcing nations less than 200 days old to enter peace mode when those ready to hit are mostly 15 times older. I personally think the world should change, I think once your infra or your tech drops below the amount needed to buy a wonder that wonder should be disabled to stop these !@#$ tier nations hiding under 10k ns to only fight wars they know they can win.

But removing a sanction that has been placed by request is also an act of war is it not?, I mean how would you feel if you sanctioned a nation for violation of the alliance charter and you asked your allies to do the same and they do so but then someone without reason remove said sanction?, I know most would see that as an aggressive act. Maybe I am wrong but personally i think removing sanctions is an act of war within its self.
