  1. You do realize that you're aligned to an alliance who has decimated other alliances without shedding a tear. One of those instances was because Bernekstal shared flimsy intel about a perceived plot in an nadc/sparta chatroom and they jumped all over and used it as a CB. When the defending party and the peanut gallery asked for evidence, were they given it? irony
  2. Please let Johnny know this- we asked for a list of their grievances during our last conflict multiple times, and they never gave one.
  3. There certainly was some friendly war banter to seek what we felt was justice for hitting Kort and what we felt was a result of the KNB war, which Johnny will attest was driven by their communications during that particular conflict. Note that we didn't bandwagon on Cobra, one nation (my own) hit cobra to fulfill trumped-up terms your side drafted and pushed on us for peace. You can call it lousy and that's equally the same sentiment I felt when they were imposed. You and I have warred together on many coalitions, did we ever force anything other than white peace? Pardon for being bias, but I did agree with the CB for the war on Cobra and NG (and still do). That being said, if we are to persecute anyone and everyone that has an opinion on a particular matter, then the peanut gallery is in trouble.
  4. Just like your internal arguments- we hold disagreements. I also see the irony from specific alliances on your side, including your own alliance, that have supported and engaged in this practice. Now a fair reply is that as a different leader, you have chosen to take a different position and shift your alliance down a different path. In a linear timeline of events, one where the very first hit on KNB wasn't sanctioned by your decision, I questioned how much the apple fell from the tree.
  5. That's a great question Jerdge, The formation of nations who wanted to be involved always came with a pitch after they branched out and formed their satellite alliance as their 'own entity'. The pamphlet was always the same, acting on their own behalf, no affiliation with the mothership, etc. They branched off so that no accountability would lead back to their home base or that the alliance was actually split on what direction they wanted to take and so let the hawks form as a satellite and let the doves stay home. By the time the conflict had settled and they scurried back to their old alliance, we were all too exhausted to care. And accountability can really only take place when they actually go back, what's to say they weren't going to stay as a new formation? Examples of these included War Jesus (Kashmir) and Doom Squad (Doom Kingdom)- the leaders of these motherships always told me the same thing, acting on their own accord. Most all of our conflicts were never with Kashmir or Doom Kingdom. This isn't specific to micro affairs, Blood Pact was a branch from Doom Kingdom and Sparta participants when battling World Task Force, or was it Pax Corves?. In terms of ever attempting to bring accountability towards the home base, that's essentially what the entire Monsters Inc - Screaming Red Asses war was about. Our dismay with SRA was because one of their members, Dream4Weaver attacked while not as an SRA member and eventually went back. I worked tooth and nail to get Walsh to admit accountability and never could, because you know, e-lawyering. It's why I really don't blame Lucius for bringing up Doom even though Doom is long gone. There is a moment when you realize that it's not an alliance your at odds with but a few nations absorbed in an entity that can't move in a cohesive direction as an alliance. Here's an example, I absolutely 110% did not want to help make Methrage a senator, I thought it was a terrible idea because he was just out for himself and it was sure to bring trouble- I lost that argument- but as an alliance we went that route and I backed it 100%. Because if you can't back your alliance whether you agree or disagree, what's the point of being in an alliance? The counter argument to this, I think would be activity- which I don't buy because Siberian Tiger Alliance was old and pretty inactive and they got moving when they felt they had to. You've been around long enough, what are your thoughts on this?- I really want to know.
  6. I get it, but do you know how much of a pain in the butt it is to coordinate wars on? I have absolutely no doubt, you all come up with some interesting stuff.
  7. I will bite on this because I understand this frustration. Having fought Doom Squad for years and their alias as other alliances, it was sorta ridiculous. One minute they were part of Doom Kingdom and the next minute they'd run off and form Doom Squad and waive any accountability back from the alliance they were just on- and ultimately went back to. That being said, Cobra appears to be the complete opposite of that. The perception of 'cobra sphere' is many alliances that move in the same direction. Though I'll give TIE credit for forming a beer bloc that isn't inclusive to the usual suspects; there was a point where I often wondered why TPF, Cobra, and TIE didn't just merge into one.
  8. Depends on who decides if an ally deserves to be attacked. An Aggressors DOW is a bit bias, the peanut gallery can provide different views sure, but part of a being an ally of a defending party is getting their ally's perspective and should be the priority over most everything else that is essentially noise. I'm of the belief that when CBs aren't agreed upon by mutual parties white peace is the best option. When surrenders do occur usually it's because a party has submitted that it was in the wrong or a case has built enough support that enough alliances are willing to impose their will.
  9. Technically the we don't like you therefore we're deccing you is a legal recognition of war, while NSO doesn't exist anymore- the document was never overturned by the Cyberverse. The Moldavi Doctrine - Alliance Announcements (IC) - Cyber Nations Forums
  10. King Neptune's Bar: Immediate Release Transmission: To each side of a spin job there's another story. Whilst the end of the Oculus-NG stomp, like any other alliance on the receiving end, there was some annoyance and wanting to move to greener pastures. However those greener pastures are all stuck together. I do think Stewie and Thrash were the right picks for the job, for the situation at hand. I wasn't any use there and wanted to see if I could get some angles on FA, my willingness to help. Sunsetting my new alliance didn't come with cost though, the same members who were with me before we were absorbed into NG during the war and where some were rescued from Cobra when the rolling got real tough. Having been a Co-Founder of U, along with Lucious and General Kannibis- there was a bond of micro unity in the world and to sunset my alliance was pretty reasonable but to some it wasn't. My animosity towards NG was they didn't care one way or the other, and I felt like they were choosing a flavor of the month alliance, much like when they were aligned to DK, over what was years of friendship. Not only was I told I couldn't ask for my members back, when some came over I was told I didn't have any protection- and then my alliance was hit by Ordo Cybercineticas. It was a strong arm tactic and eventually the agreement was that I'd go my own way and I did. I went to the corner of Planet Bob where I felt there was indeed a past of raids gone wrong and where simple talks turned into leveraged public relation battles. That said, we were in a precarious situation where we had no treaties and so I turned to an old enemy, White Chocolate. I turned to another old enemy, Banned. I turned to enemies who've I plotted and warred against, CRAP (who NGs warred like 20 times) , and opened friendly dialogue with KORT, who we helped animalz hit. I looked for the furthest point away that wasn't declared neutrality (which I considered). The incentive didn't come with a cost though, over years and years of being untrustworthy, it meant anchoring to an area of the web we liked and where we plan to stay forever. Cobra saw this as a bait tactic, but it really wasn't. Much like a cobra flexes its neck, sometimes a house of cards offense is a best defense and we wanted them to know that we were defended. Cobra's declaration of war against King Neptune's Bar was exhilarating, we laid off a few nukes, Comics and Memes were rivaling those of the great Hartw and Lord Hershey's. The prolonged peace talks would've made Schatterman's front page of ODN Evil-Style tactic of prolonging a war. And we even got enough participation to embark on Cobra's Gladiator games. Bygones be bygones, we were allowed to exist with differences of opinion. Or so we thought.. less than a month later out of the corner of our eye, Cobra walls off and hits KORT. Our perception was that it had to do with TDE because what are the chances (statistically speaking) they'd hit them for any other reason? It put us in a defensive position because we really didn't think Cobra could follow their word. So salting the Bob and laying fire to Cobra for perceived violation for their nap and for NGs perceived violation of their nap (notice a pattern) and because NG, let's face it- they beat up on everyone. I'll take this one on the chin. So Cobra, ShoW ME wHaT YoU's goT!
  11. I know I know, I'm gonna take this one one on the chin.
  12. Honestly, I'm happy to see this and wish the best for Cobra and Claws and all parties involved.

  14. It certainly does The Rise of a God Emperor - World Affairs (IC) - Cyber Nations Forums
  15. "Nothing will stop the March of my Empire!" The former God Emperor in Non Grata- a List 1 chemical A short time ago, he has plundered the world in tyranny. He corrupted the Hegemony, turning it into his personal Empire with which he devastated entire alliances on a whim. Embarking on a pattern of terror and driven mad by his lust for power, he attacked dozens of alliances, forcing viceroys, disbandment's, and EZI on anyone who stood against him. RFI and Oculus has chosen to lead the bravest 700 nations I had ever known into the jaws of some stubborn swamps. Our stand against tyranny so far has been fruitless, and Tankobite went on to create some beer league ending years of micro global stability. Today a new threat to freedom and stability has risen. The leader of Cobra -needs a Shave and a Haircut A new tyrant has risen. He has attacked dozens of alliances amounting to hundreds of raids, throughout the Cobra wars. Beginning by writing essays about upper teirs who were just trying to grow. He has rapidly built an army of slaves vast beyond imagining, ready to devour sovereign alliances. KORT was just one of the alliances his empire has attacked, and his ambition and lust for power is limitless. "I will lead my entire power sphere against Sound Reason!" The New God Emperor in Non Grata- who's Head is Shaped like a Football The new God Emperor's army of slaves do not march alone. Johnny has sworn service to the God Emperor, submitting Cobra's earth and water in return for a chance at revenge. While the world celebrates her victory against chaos, her enemies are already plotting to drive her apart. By driving a wedge, they seek to divide and conquer, and destroy the world's last hope of reason and stability. The rest of the world seeks a Global Dawn of Stability and Prosperity The Oracles say that only the gods can defeat a united group of people who don't know what they're taking about. The coming months will reveal those who chose to kneel before a God Emperor, and those who resist the everything must die movement. "We must all hang together, or we assuredly we shall all hang separately"
  16. That crown is great and the flags are perfectly aligned. Congrats to both parties- CRAP is a great ally and I know KORT has some really good people. Congratulations
  17. I take complete ownership of my logs which at the time was my viewpoints and some have changed. Background of these logs, Caustic went inactive and Stewie took over the ship. I talked to no one outside of NG at that time and I wasn’t trying to get you to say anything- didn’t know you- my hope, and this is true, was that you weren’t going to do something stupid and half-cocked
  18. The problem is that you’ve taken the time to listen to them, while your intention may be good, as soon as they smell a hint of weakness they start lobbing insults and regime change narratives. Tehol, you’re an up-and-comer and when you lie down with dogs you get fleas, especially with this bunch. The two scenarios are letting up on NG and Cobra and everyone remains distant and lives happily ever after- or letting up on NG and Cobra and they seek revenge (which isn’t a rare thing for NG). So why even take a chance? Better to be safe than sorry.
  19. Translation: “Please let us off so that we can undermine you again.“
  20. So TPF, an alliance who undermined NPOs good will on a Valentine’s Day with attempting to carry out a despicable act of perma war is now defending an alliance (NG) who has been involved in the most rollings where evidence was denied- and Kim Jun Lucious is questioning GATOs core democracy. Oh my...
  21. An official Statement from King Neptune’s Bar “I, Lord Hitchcock am confused by Cobra’s claims. The referenced war on General Kannibis was a bipartisan agreed upon term during the Cobra-KNB war. The Gladiator term Cobra themselves drafted and we signed to. The term could not be fulfilled due to range issues and Johnny wrote it off publicly without our consent. KNB chose to fulfill said term (no timeline was ever established, nor does a write off not allow the lender to repay its debts) when possible (while this war made it possible, if the war was not occurring and it was possible it would still have been performed.) In fact, an additional cobra nation was added so that it didn’t appear KNB was let off easy or given any slack on their end because GK hasn’t fought back. That said, Cobra and KNB agreed to these legalities. To set terms of which we obliged only to war after terms were followed sets the same dangerous precedence Cobra is accusing their aggressors of. These legalities have also been vetted by lawyers who recognize this legal framework to be, and should be, recognized by Cobra who voided their obligation. Therefore, KNB does not recognize Cobra as they have become a Failed State.“
  22. People do care Stewie, the OP said this was merely a punishment and Johnny does appear to be turning the corner, a few more weeks of lobotomies just may push him to write a pro DBDC article... hoping the treatment works. As for exiting with your heads held high, continuing down this dark path of misleading will only be because said heads were raised up on spikes by your enemies. Would strongly encourage you open up factual dialogue and right the ship, regardless of Caustic's advice, sometimes ultra level testosterone bull headedness just doesn't work- honest and integrity are what I recommend. I say it all the time, you gotta get a good lawyer, I hired White Chocolate and her fees are high but she has been an incredible liaison.
