I think it's a good idea to break down the motivation of hegemonic authorities desperate to subvert the free speech server. These people rule through fear and coercion, thus the idea of a free speech zone where they cannot threaten and coerce conformity is absolutely terrifying. If people lose fear of them, everything else will come collapsing down in short order. Term's thuggish behavior, Maine's low IQ shilling, Hansenn's mod abuse, and GK's disgusting porn, are all explained by their desire to control. Without control, they lose all social relevance to those who are more interesting to talk to. Ultimately, a server that seeks to accomodate all users and perspectives will be more successful than a server that places corrupt officials on a pedestal.

Unlike you, I actually log all moderation actions publicly and allow input and votes from people if my actions are contested. Corrupt political officials have turned the channel into an echo-chamber, driving out political dissidents and resulting in a brain drain with the most interesting people being banned or leaving. Additionally, CN Radio is dead as a platform, with no radio shows created in the last several months. Our grievances with abusive CN Radio moderators include the following: Changing user server names against our will Spamming emojis to disrupt the flow of conversation Playing favorites, creating special masks and privileges for CN political allies Selectively warning and banning specific users who do not fit in with the hegemonic clique Thought policing against politically incorrect ideas The problem with handing out moderation positions to "friends" or political allies is that such people are not necessarily responsible with the authority granted to them. As we have seen in CN generally, corrupt political officials who whore their positions of authority to gain "friends" abroad have degenerated politics to the tribal level. This pattern of decay is devastating to free speech in an era when such corrupt alliance officials actively promote the "talk !@#$ get hit" mentality. It is important therefore to expand the original Boiler Room server to a general free speech zone for all CN and non-CN discussion, so that all CN users can enjoy a place to communicate freely without moderation abuses or threats of violence from tyrants and bullies. Prior to the beginning of the current conflict an exchange took place in the Nordreich discord which escalated towards conflict between ISX and Polar. I made statements that were derogatory towards Terminator's wife and lost my temper at his attacks by doubling down on the original meme with further insults and statements. These statements were in poor taste and were not consistent with the ISX Code of Conduct nor were they appropriate in the wider context of CN.
