    Unlike University of Unity ..UPP is not an alliance as it has been mentioned already by LKFHT. Most well established alliance have their own guides that is true. However their guides are exclusive to their own membership. We offer the opportunity for players with no cn experience to gain basic-advanced knowledge regarding most aspects of CN including Foreign Affairs,Military tactics, Economic and Government administration and etc. As UPP is not an alliance, UPP students are not required to swear allegiance to UPP itself or the AA of its faculty members and/or administrative staff.
