Yes it does. So im 100% sure I can send 200T in aid to 4 people with only 50T in my balance. I just have to keep checking my account and buying 50T when 1 person accepts? The clock starts when I send the aid, so even if they takes 9 days(and get a bunch of errors along the way) thats ok, we will still be able to do the next aid in 1 day?

A few questions When you aid 50T is it immediately removed from your balance or do you have to wait until its accepted? If you have to wait until its accepted can you aid 200 Tech (to 4 nations 50 each) with a 50 Tech balance and just go in debt 150 Tech? any negatives into going in debt? If you cant go into debt what happens if someone accepts your 50T aid and you have a 0 balance?
