im guessing for your millitary aspect you will go legate,tribune,1st centurion etc but i cant see that really working in an alliance due to the amount of players(i couldnt see it working in a sub 100 member)

If he were to agree to set terms i dont see why an alliance wouldnt offer a probation membership followed by membership. The first thing hed have to agree to do is not post on the owf until told he can do

Basically what everyone is saying mate is join an alliance that is already well known and get yourself a bit of experience before trying to make one or whatever
