I'm willing to do a tech deal with anyone, I am an honest man and I keep my word always. So heres the deal: Step 1. Send me 3 mil (I know exactly what your thinking, this guy is just trying to get my money, listen I've been in many deals and I've always left people satisfied) Step 2. I receive your generous offer and go ahead and buy 50 technology and set that aside for you (no tricks i promise) Step 3. After 10 days or so, you receive your tech, I've got my money, win, win. We are both helping out our own nation. I like to call it my three step plan. Like I said, I am an honest man and I keep my word always. So please, let's make a deal.

I need a little financial help. My economy is failing greatly, i have not been able to pay bills for a while.
