I have decided to halt any and all campaigns against the Terran Empire to get into a different empire that does not allow war with aligned nations. I will not apologize to the jerks who bombed me however.

[/quote] 1:I was never told any of that and the tour guide Merry Rarebit made it look like anyone could join. 2: You don't understand how much Mr. Broflovski is a personal enemy of mine and me and my whole state have publicly determined that it is necessary to eliminate him, 3: I apologize for my rash actions and will apply to this alliance, while declaring peace and aiding anyone who I may have been a little hard on. In return, I except my country to have equal aide by the three countries involved until it is back to it's former glory. If this not responded to in a week, I will go to another alliance.
