Alright so, In cybernations terms and agreements it states you may NOT have multiple accounts per IP address. Now, I would like to request a second account for my IP address due to the fact a family member wishes to play CN. I hear that there are some agreements such as we may not have any contact between the two nations whatsoever so if this is true I will comply gladly.
