My brother has been playing CN for the greater part of the year, and I started today. He is using the same ISP as me and I'd like to play: I pledge to not interact with him in any way, except through joining the same alliance. I will not aid, trade, or war him, or even message him... If he could potentially be banned for this I would delete my nation. I just would like verification on whether or not I'm allowed to be play.
