Doing 3/100 tech deals already means the seller is paying below the market rate. Adding an extra $3mil to a long-term 3/100 tech deal cycle simply means the buyer is temporarily paying the market value as a reward for loyal and prompt tech sellers. Now, I fully believe it's genuine generosity from BuffDaddy to give JohnHancock the extra $3mil FA. However, the bigger picture is that it's still in JohnHackcock's best interest to sell tech at the standard 3/50 rate. Membership OWF ban. Protected by the green color bloc with VE and GOP support. •Formal government structure. Democratic elections. •The mandatory GPA Academy is among the best for newbies. You really can learn a lot. •Pros at managing trade circles. •Green team, Senator on Green •Forum games, a good place to socialize, extremely friendly people •A neutral IRC public channel. OWF posting ban unless approved by the President of the GPA. •CN's neutral menace. The #2 alliance on CN. The only sanctioned neutral alliance in the game. The Chief could be removed with 2/3 membership vote, though highly unlikely to ever happen. •Has treaties with Ubercon, the Apparatus, and the Rosular Kingdom •IRC channel and OWF posting allowed •I would recommend you to chat with Cerridwyn on #Pax to make sure you're okay with neutrality and the structure of the alliance. She's very personable and very willing to explain more about her alliance. •The theme of the alliance is the Raven from Edgar Allen Poe. •Never been involved in a war as an alliance.
