coagulation

When I made my nation I wrote down my password. I tried using it today and it says my password was incorrect. I attempted to get a new one through my email and everytime I try to enter the temporary password it says that the authentication failed. I've tried numerous times and each time I got the same result. I know its case sensitive so I write down the temp. Password before I try to enter it it but it doesn't make a difference. Anyone know why this would be happening?
