  1. Who honestly does like Toga? Oh and he's not a Northerner
  2. Yea us! Still don't understand why our buttons have a giant "S" on them though
  3. Congratulations Olympus. So do we Toga, so do we... but I doubt for the same reason as you
  4. To use you analogy - not using protection should not be a bad thing. And they are paying the consequences for it and all I can do is put my hands up to them and congratulate them for it. They might ceast to exist due to this in their current form but hey, that will say more about Kronos and Nu GOONS than them. I will always remember them, as brave fools who stood up for what they believed it. What was right. I congratulate them on this
  5. Might be attention whoring at best, but for the love of god I congratulate them for it. Finally someone willing to stand up against the cowardly act of declaring war on an alliance without a CB or a public declaration because they don't have a certain amount of members. Oh and it's alot better than most of the awful crap that has been announced recently.
  6. Aw naw not Lucas Perry Congrats to the rest of you...
  7. They, being the government and being smarter than me (except Toga) would probably try diplomatic solution first. I would disagree with that stance as if someone "cowardly" attacked me or someone else in my alliance I would see that as having no need to discuss it as we won't be declaring war on them as they have already on us. Just my stance - one I have almost always had but not surprisingly ( ) failed to get into the charter of either alliance I have been in
  8. I Valhalla, who are allies with Kronos, who I had a lot of respect for but I wish you luck. Finally bravery is showing through. Anyone who declares war in the protection of another sovereign alliance after they have been declared on - cowardly - gets my respect. Good luck in the future
  9. To be fair if someone raided a member of TheZoo in a "cowards raid" for some little extra tech/land they can't be bothered getting the correct way without having the curtosy of declaring war in public I know I would be pushing TheZoo.gov to recognise it as a declaration of war and I would also lobby for any allies we have (hi Valhalla ) to recognise it too as a declaration of war on the sovereignty of my alliance. You want tech, you want land then or you want your alliance members to have same then at least have the "****" to actually declare war on the alliance. But then again, I'm against "coward raiding"* any alliance that has more than 2 members. This may be the reason why I have never been, and never want to be in gov. * Yes I know my current alliance, and the previous alliance allowed "coward raiding"
  10. Do people actually find these announcements funny? if so...
  11. That could become interesting if the wrong alliance is attacked.... very dangerous too /me looks at his Alliance stats... gulps to Masterof9puppets though
  12. He could still nuke you, if you left and didn't help remove Toga... Really need to get out and about more I do - well just say I'm 10x the person LP ever was/is
  13. Before I go on - I know skippy only said LP was the best Valhallan because I left - I just know it But I do have a question, when is Uhtred coming to TheZoo so we can coup Toga?
  14. Congratulations to Kronos and Valhalla on what is a very sexy treaty.
  15. After a long trip Habibullah finally reaches the city of Lahore, capital of the Mughal Empire. "I Habibullah, son of Abdul Mohammed of Ghazi, Sultan of the Ghaznavid Empire brings a letter from the Sultan and request a meeting with Akbar, Emperor of the Mughal"
  16. Gradez was an impressive city, situated in the highlands, and the home to over 60,000 inhabitants. Abdul, son of Abdul II stopped in front of the Tiger Gates, the main entrance to the city, impressed with the workmanship of the statues that stood guard before moving his horse forward into the city. The pace of the city thankfully reminded him of home but what did surprise him was the organisation of the city. In the centre of the city was the Royal Palace, an impressive structure, where at the highest point you could see all over the city and beyond, but this was not what impressed the young man the most, as he had grown accustomed to this, no what impressed him the most was how the rest of the city was distributed. With the residential areas in 3 sections, with a bazaar serving each one, with a larger bazaar just south of the palace. There was also separate sections of the city for warehouses and other industrial buildings. Abdul knew then that he would enjoy his stay in his new home

It is believed though waiting for death is not the only way to procure a "promotion" with assassination known to be an acceptable means of promotion - as long as you are not caught. Foreign Policy The Empire has been at war for the last 15 years, it is looking now to re-build and hold onto the lands it knows as home. Seeking peace with it's neighbours - no one knows how long this policy will last with with wild tribes to the North, East and West of Ghaznavid. -Close Neighbours Afghan Tribes - Nomads to the North, East and West - No standing treaties Mughal Empire - Share a border in the South - No Standing treaties The Caliphate - West past the Nomad tribes lies the giant empire of The Caliphate - No Standing treaties The Confederation - North, past the Nomad Tribes lies another giant empire. - No Standing treaties
  18. Yeah it does. Ack well since their are only 4 MRP Nations around me in "touching" distance I guess I can do it the hard way and just keep it somewhere for now.
  19. Sorry to be a pest but is there a list of Nations/Player Names anywhere - or a plan to make one as I had the ruler name earlier but my Internet Browser died on me and I lost it. Saves me going through all the pages on this sub forum to contact the person(s) involved - every time I need a new leader to enter in any one scenario? Does that make sense?
  20. Very Short History The Ghazi had fought long and hard for their freedom but this was not enough for the people. They new as long as their territory was so small they would be prey to their larger neighbours, so the first Sultan of Ghazi - Helmrad I made it his priority to fortify the territory. Unfortunately Helmrad I was killed before the works on the city of Ghazi could be completed. His son, Helmrad II completed the work and then set his sights on the neighbouring kingdoms. Helmrad II when he died was succeeded by his son Abdul I Telmrad who added the North Eastern and South Eastern territories. Abdul reigned for 3 years before, some suspect, being assassinated by his younger brother Abdul Mohammed - who captured the Provence of Gardez. Red: Ghazi Green: Territory added under Helmrad II Yellow: Territory added under Abdul I Blue: Territory added under Abdul II Under Abdul II, each Provence was given a Satrap, each one able to set their own internal taxes, each home to an army 4000 strong - with the other 10,000 (included 2000 Sultan Guard) remaining based within the Ghazi region. . **** Sitting on his thrown in the city of Ghazi, Abdul II begins to speak to his council "For too long our peoples were but Nomads, struggling on while our neighbours took advantage, first it was the Medians, then the Persians before Aleksandar came from lands far away followed by Antiochas and Selucius. But now we have found the belief in what it takes to be come the Nation that you see today - I, Sultan Abdul Mohammed of Ghazi claim these lands as the land of which Allah gave to us. Today in the twelfth year of my reign, finally we see peace. Ghazi is protected by lands, taken by our brave warriors thanks to the merciful Allah. Today peace reigns in the Kingdom of Ghazi." Cheers went up as Abdul II finished speaking. He raised a hand and the room fell silent "As I speak, my eldest son Abdul is on his way to Gardez, our most eastern stronghold while my other son, Habibullah has gone south with a message of friendship to the Sultan of Mugha"
  21. Cheers mate - looked at wrong map. Since my first choice is taken, and so is Milano can I take the highlighted (in Red) section of Afghanistan - if no one has jumped in since I posted this Name: Ghaznavid Empire. EDIT: I cannot spell
  22. I would like to get into this - if that's OK. Looking at the large white sections on the map could I claim what is left of Turkmenistan and what's left of Kazakhstan? If so can you name it the area Mervia-Seljuq Empre?
  23. Congratulations to our purple friends. Still can't believe Pansy is allowed to sign these things though
