2) AA ID number Will be wanted. This is so you can trust me
3) MUST be on good terms with The People's Community.
4) must have a moderate to large player base
5) in your charter you MUST have a FAIR raiding policy. not a free-for-all, just enough flexibility to allow me to raid.
6) MUST allow ownership of nukes (self defence for future)
7) MUST protect from unprovoked attacks (fighting back raidee's is provoked, i should deal with that myself)
