What I saw was the American powers who more or less dominate the political landscape, & the "Other" American states who are the average not-superpowered countries. Regardless, I changed the wording which is all you had to ask, Pravus.

There are many nations who aren't even part of your thread not invited, I even went so far as to describe what I meant by "Other" America- what I deemed non superpower nations.

Cuba extends recognition too all states willing to open dialogue with the new Republic. The HAE is specifically invited to a relaxed meeting with President Cialo, officially establishing good relations with our big brother nation.
