I decided to join The Pansy's alliance

I do know how to use IRC already. I understand guides are the easiest way to be able to explain things in detail and I am willing to complete requirements for admission it just seems to me that alliances just care more about getting members in, pointing them in the direction and letting them go. Do you have an IRC channel I can contact you at? If so when would be a good time to do so where you would have a few minutes to chat?

I posted one of these awhile back and was looking for an alliance, I tried out a couple forums but everyone seems to preoccupied to help me. I don't want to be forced to read over some guides and not be able to actually get help from a real person. It's almost like when you call a customer service line and and only get automated machines. I want an alliance that will actually take the time to help me, answer questions, and be more "hands on".. Not just link me to some forum with a lengthy (very hard to understand most of it) guide and expect me to learn. I am a very loyal gamer, very mature and obedient. Will do what is asked of me as long as you do as you promise and assist me along the way. I'm honest, trustworthy and dependable. I'm laid back, but yet want an alliance that isn't full of a bunch of 12 year immature kids. I'm a hard worker and willing to contribute a lot of time and energy into a community where I feel accepted and wanted. I am a very quick learner (with the right tools and guidance). If you are willing to help me out or just make a suggestion of an alliance that I can research a bit on then please message me on this forum and I will respond asap. I am now willing to accept other non-mafia alliances too. That alliance doesn't look good.

If there are any Mafia alliances or any Italian alliances, I would like that.
