Let me get this straight: in a war, with no ceasefire declared, ToP attacks Legion. And people get angry about that?

[/quote] This actually isn't true at all though! Doom House's tiers that could be considered weak against the coalition would be their low tiers. GOONS has barely anyone in peace mode at all, while MK has a fair share but nothing extreme, and Umbrella doesn't have a low tier. The thing is, even for the Doom House nations in peace mode, it is but a temporary tactic to get out of anarchy or buy back up to nukes. Doom House uses peace mode to regroup and then strike again. Legion uses peace mode to simply wait it out while they look like they are being useful.

I do feel like the effectiveness of said strategy is largely relative since the efficient use of their statistics is what can make or break an alliance, in my eyes. What makes Umbrealla or TOP so great is their high activity, their coordination, and their efficiency. What makes Legion so bad is that it has none of that, in essence.

It's just amazing to me that people point to Legion's statistics as proof for how great it is, and then I have the gall to point out that way over half of the alliance is in peace mode meaning those statistics are absolutely useless but somehow it is some grand tactic that will be the alleged doom of the Doom House.

[/quote] A war strategy is to hide in peace mode and let the allies get pounded? Let's not joke around here. The Hopeless Coalition had the numbers advantage, especially at the lower levels. But instead of swarming the low levels, efficiently coordinating triple teams and filling all of Doom House's defensive slots, they bumbled around and jumped into peace mode en masse. It's turned into a situation now where they actually have to remain in peace mode, making it that much easier for Doom House to utilize aid and grow. It's a strategy, I suppose I can give you that much, but it is a strategy that will ultimately end in failure. I mean, surely it's not just me is it? The Hopeless Coalition can't possible think that mass peace mode is an effective strategy. All it does is reduce what few advantages you actually have and make it so that Doom House's forces are able to coordinate and grow unimpeded.
