I know that there is an update affecting the environment today so my happiness will probably be different than it was yesterday, but I did not expect it to make my happiness fluctuate today. When I saw the update, I bought a borderwall and my happiness was at 72.59 (around 12:30 PM EDT). About 15 minutes later I refresh my nation page and see that my happiness is down to 52.59. I was not too happy about this, but I figured the borderwall somehow triggered an update to my environment penalties. Then ten minutes later I refresh my nation again and its happiness is 60.59. What is going on?
